Snooker balls delivered quickly at a really good price.

I had a damaged cue because it wasn't packed properly. They offered to give me a partial refund so it ended up being okay in the end.

I had chosen the incorrect size of cue return policy was excellent and replacement issued straight away the product and customer service was second to none would definitely recommend

bought a cue for the taking to the pub on a saturday night not the most expensive one but good enough and better than the cues in the pub which have seen better days

My original order was missing an item but after contacting them a replacement was sent immediately without any quibble.

I hadn't heard of this company before but saw a logo on a pro snooker player and gave them a Google. I wanted to buy a new cue and case.

Massive selection on their site, all in different price ranges. I ordered a cue but the following day realised that I'd ordered a pool cue, rather than a snooker cue.

Gave them a call and spoke to Amir. He reassured me it was not a problem as the cue had not been dispatched. He told me to choose another one and email him the link, which I did. Shortly after, I received confirmation that my new choice had been dispatched!

Delivery was by a courier which could be tracked. The cue and case arrived very well packaged. Quality of both the cue and case are excellent. I have played a few frames of snooker now and it has definitely improved my game. I was slightly anxious about ordering a cue online but am so glad I did. Prices were very competitive compared to other sites but it was the customer sevice that blew me away. Amir is a credit to his company. I'd not hesitate to recommend them. Excellent

I'm on Cue & Case's mailing list and was notified about a particular cue I was interested in. Ordering was very straight forward and deliver took a couple of days. I have used Cue & Case several times now as they offer an excellent range of products at a reasonable price and deliver them very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

Previously bought a Taom V10 chalk via a "large company that may have a river connected to their name" and that order was fulfilled by these guys. Then needed a new case big enough for my break cue and 2 piece cue (as well some cue balm) so ordered that direct as I like supporting "the little guys" whenever possible. Good value, turned up quickly and very safely packaged too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
