We have used C&W for over a decade to let and collect rent for our properties. The service has been at a consistent high standard. When things have gone wrong they have always worked hard to correct them. Our most recent let was complicated by temporary evacuation of the block of flats. The C&W team was particularly supportive and flexible as we navigated our way through this exceptional situation. And when the prospective tenants failed referencing, they quickly identified another tenant, who is now moved in.

Cubitt were great from start to finish
Cubitt were great from the start of the process to the end. Zoe sold the company well, explained the process and organised some fantastic photographs. The sales team were efficient and communicated well during viewings. After a quick sale Julie oversaw the progress of the chain and kept us regularly informed. Moving is a difficult experience and Cubitt made it as stress free as possible, would recommend to anyone selling their home.

Fantastic level of customer service
My experience with cubitt and west has been fantastic from the get go. They have been very helpful and always there to answer questions if I had any. They reply super fast and if you phone them, they are more than happy to speak on the phone with you. A special mention for Julie who has been fantastic throughout my whole sale of my property. We had a few things go wrong in the chain and she has been fantastic guiding me through it!

North End office - excellent service
Zoey from the North End office helped us with the sale of a probate property and was excellent. We had no hesitation in instructing her again to sell our rental property. Zoey and her team, Jasmine, Lilly and Vincent, were always available to answer any questions, kept us up to date with everything and were very supportive. The sale was quick and stress-free. Once an offer had been made, Julie made sure to keep us updated at each stage of the conveyancing process.
