Visited the Birkenhead store as my…
Visited the Birkenhead store as my contractor recommended them for my new bathroom.
I have to admit I had no idea on design or the suite I needed. Luckily I was in the safe hands of Nicole who was patient and went through all the options and listened to all my concerns and questions.
Overall it was such a great experience. The manager of the store also made me feel very welcome and was on hand for any further information. Would definitely recommend.

After buying shower, flooring, tiles and other shower room furniture, we were very happy with the service provided throughout fitting, including after service. Bought shower, Furniture, tiles and flooring.
Bought shower, flooring, tiles and furniture from Cliftons in Chester.
When I need to return a shower unit and swap it out as we had made a sizing mistake there was no quibble.
Matt returned the unit into stock and had a replacement un it with smaller shower arm in stock.
He then refunded me the difference in price - no drama. Will be back.

What's the big secret that a potential customer can't view your website to see if you have something worth a visit.
Additional info: you cannot access the site unless you are a tradesperson and registered. I'm not. I was a potential customer.
My last edit: yes you can attempt to look under Traders Customer but when you hit "shower enclosures" for example, I was getting a pop up message saying "Hello Trader please sign in."

Only the trader specific area of our website requires a log in, which traders receive when they open a trade account with us. We can't recommend Rob and the team at Clifton Bathrooms, Southport highly enough. We've never experienced such amazing customer service before, anywhere, and nothing is too much trouble. Paul has looked after us for the last few visits and has been so helpful - listening and guiding us towards the most suitable products for our plans, and crucially, our budget. We've also been able to change items with no issue whatsoever. Paul's customer service has been outstanding and he's a credit to the company. Thank you so much, it's much appreciated.
