Recently called back to Clifton Trade Bathrooms in Altrincham, having bought / collected Bathroom suites from them over the last 7 years and as always, the team there and of course Juliette were attentive to want is needed and required, yet again top service. MCooney

We used Clifton Trade Bathrooms as they were recommended by a sole trader, 3 weeks after our bath was installed it started leaking, this was due to a hole in the base. We have only used the bath and shower to wash and bathe. Our sole trader would not take responsibility and neither would Cliftons, we are having to go to the Citizens advice bureau to resolve the issue and Cliftons will not discuss the issue with the bath because we naively gave the money to the sole trader and not them.

I bought my bathroom suite a couple of years ago, but needed a small replacement for my shower. I received fantastic customer service and a big shout out for a lovely lady called Tracey who served me.

Ordered a shower and wall panels from Debbie @ Bradford Branch. Kept us updated with delivery day and overall great communication. Excellent price for the fittings we purchased.

Alex came to do a free measure up of our bathroom which, we want to convert into a wet room.
I was impressed because Alex listened to me and, using his expert knowledge, he was able to advise me on what we could do together, to achieve the wet room that we wanted.
I was also impressed because Alex didn't use a ' hard sell ' approach. As a result, I felt relaxed, comfortable and trusted the plans for the conversion, we had made together.
When we visited the showroom later that day, we were met by a very friendly, happy team and were offered refreshments throughout our visit.
Alex had already drawn up a plan of what the wet room would look like and Dec, guided us through this in great detail in a relaxed, friendly and funny approach which, we really appreciated.
Dec gave us plenty of time to choose the fixtures and fittings that we wanted with Decs expert guidance.
There was plenty of choice and the quality of products was of a high standard to suit any budget. All of the fixtures and fittings have very lengthy guarantees too.
'Brum' did a great job by helping us with our choice of wall and floor tiles. He DEFINITELY knows his tiles !!!
Dec even organised the storeage of the fixtures and fittings to be delivered in a couple of days, until work begins next July.
Alex, Dec and 'Brum' are a credit to this company. They have a 'Can do, Will do' attitude and their person centred approach has made such a big project, go very smoothly, without the stress and without the headaches !!!
We left the showroom feeling very happy and excited knowing, that we'll have a quality wet room supplied by a company that is reliable and trustworthy.
The bottle of the Prosecco was an added bonus !!!

I cannot thank Clifton Bathrooms Willerby enough for their above and beyond service. Sonny led my project. He made sure we got all the information we needed and the best deals available, compared to a quote from a larger chain store whose quote would have cost a whole other mortgage payment to pay off!!!! So happy. Already sent 2 friends of mine there and they are so happy right now too whilst in the process. Highly recommend.

Great, helpful service at a tremendous price for quality materials. I got nearly £2.5k discount on my suite using my plumbers account and was delivered on the day/time arranged. Not taken everything out of boxes yet but what I checked is undamaged! Cheers lads. Would use you again!

We bought our bathroom from Cliftons after all the research. We found them the best for friendly staff and excellent advice. All very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I have just received first class customer service from Jamie Higginson at Clifton Bathrooms. Having called in after recommendation from another excellent tradesman who recently did work in my home. I was told to ask for Jamie as he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and would sort out exactly what my 90 year old mum would need to convert her bathroom into a more usable space. Jamie was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained things and showed us examples of what would suit my mums needs. Once we had decided on the various options, he then found us some fantastic prices and some free bathroom accessories.
We came away feeling that the service, products and pricing were excellent and would highly recommend anyone to make this their first call when looking to replace a bathroom.

Had a lot of high hopes for this place after a recomendation from our builder (who in the end did’t turn out to be great either). Had a positive experience ordering in the ashton showroom and the staff member Jade was very helpful. However now the bathroom is installed the items seem really cheap and have not had a great time with them. The shower was faulty as kept dripping and the lever went too far round, which the builder did manage to get replaced, but it seemed to be a universal fault with that unit as it had to be re-ordered straight from the manufacturor as all the other units in the local area had been returned with the same issue. The new lever handle falls off every few days and you constantly have to tighten it. The taps we have feel really cheap, flimsy and seem to rattle around, aswell as the flusher on the toilet. The handle on the door has fallen off three times but it not easy to refit by ourselves as whenever you screw it back in the screw retracts into itself meaning the builder has to come out and fiddle about with it to get it back. When it happened for a third time I contacted clifton to use the warranty and try and get a replacement or a different handle altogether, but have heard nothing back. Just overall really disappointed in the quality.

We visited the store in Leicester, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and we left a few hours later with a gorgeous bathroom and were very happy with the price. We were on a budget but were flexible and the staff were amazing. Highly recommended and thanks for the coffee and bovril!

My shower had a problem where the water started leaking through the ceiling, plumber suggested contacting the supplier where I bought it from to get a replacement valve and thermostat. I purchased it from Clifton Leeds in 2018. When I rang up Clifton I spoke to Paul who was so helpful and went out of his way to get me a replacement part.

I can’t thank Paul enough, and would highly recommend him and the service at Clifton Thanks Paul.

This company has a great range of options for style and budget. The staff are fantastically knowledgeable and friendly. In fact I would go to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. They absolutely know their products and support you to ensure you get what you need for the job. What I liked is that there is no hard sell, just genuine good advice. Compared to other bathroom showrooms I visited around the time of my build it was the best. Save your time and energy and visit here first when refitting a bathroom.
