Everytime we have an enquiry the staff at cruisemonks are quick to get back to us and sort any problems out. Would highly recommend.

I spoke to Alex, who was polite, and had a very sympathetic and understanding manner (I was cancelling our booked cruise due to health pŕoblems).
He politely went threw a few security checks with me, to verify my identity, then he listened to the reason for my cancellation of the cruise and explained they would take care of everything for me, which was a great relief. I received the cancellation invoice from him shortly afterwards. Very good customer care and service.

Very helpful Dan, told me exactly what I was getting and the cost. Polite, never left me waiting too long. Told my friends to ask for him when they call for same trip.

Arranged our cruise win Dan. He was polite and knowledgeable and arranged a call the next day for rest of deposit. He rang bang on time of the time that was arranged.

I had already rung twice before and had to wait a long time eventually leaving my number for a call back. Which by the time I rang again and spoke to Dan I had not received. I did not have to wait very long at all to speak to Dan. I would have thought that an inclusive queuing system that incorporated those who had left a number would be better. Also a system that tells you where you are in the queue would be helpful.

Lucy was so helpful, professional and responsive when sorting out flights for our cruise in Japan. Nothing was too much trouble and she went to a lot of effort finding options on flights that would suit us best and come in at a great price. Thanks Lucy for all of your help!

James was extremely helpful when we had to unfortunately cancel our holiday. He answered all my questions and was fery reassuring. He kept me in touch and quickly sent me the paperwork I needed.

Fantastic deals are only part of the service. We had many questions and wanted to change airports and flights to make it work for us.
We dealt with a gentleman called James. Never failed to ring us back and nothing was to much trouble.
This is the first time we have booked with Cruise Monks as we wanted to see how it worked out.
