Dan, was very helpful whilst booking our cruise, he patiently checked various price points for us to ensure we have the right trip for us.

He was very polite and knowledgeable on both the areas we sail to aswell as the cruise company itself.

We have just made a booking with Cruise Monks, There were some issues we had to sort out with the cruise line.
The agent we spoke to was really helpful and sorted out the cruise in a very competent manner. All queries were answered and all telephone calls were returned promptly. Very pleased with the way we were treated.

Stranded in Singapore due to war situation. Flight was due to depart home on 2nd of march 2026. Cruise Monks team were absolutely marvellous. They replied quickly to all our emails and messages which reassured us we were not left stranded alone. They worked effortlessly rebooking our flights with Qatar airways which kept being cancelled due to Doha airport remaining closed for transfer flights. After 12 days we finally got home thanks to Cruise Monks booking us direct flights from China back to the UK. We dealt with many staff at Cruise Monks during this time. Everyone was Professional yet friendly. They worked extra hours to ensure our concerns were answered quickly, not easy when we had an 8 hour time difference. I can't praise or thank everyone enough for all their efforts during what continues to be difficult times. I just hope and pray that people who are still stranded abroad get the same support from their holiday company that we were blessed to have.

Dan went into great detail about our cruise and explained the financials clearly. My only negative would be the wait to answer the call but I guess when you have such amazing offers you’re going to be busy. They do offer a call back option which I will use in the future as I would definitely look at booking with them again.
