Communication is poor . I firstly placed an order for blinds , the ones for my kitchen were for my patio doors and window to match . I had to call to chase to get them fitted) when they were fitted the colours didn’t match different greys . I Called and was told the guy making them had made the wrong blind and they would come out to discuss . They didn’t appear and I had to call again to re book them coming out . Once they did appear I was advised that that would re order the correct colour to match and at the same time I ordered another set of blinds for another room . Again I had to chase to get a date of fitting ( think I’d still be waiting on a call if I didn’t call them to fit then ) . They came with the new order but not with the blinds that were made in the wrong colour, apparently this colour is out of stock …., I’m now thinking they have been out of stock since my first order so that is why I have been given two different coloured blinds !!!!! . No communication to tell me they were not fitting them either until they turned up at my house !! So now need to wait even longer first order was at the end of October !!

I have my shutters done in July and they did the done but when I complained that the shutters weren’t working they just assume that I didn’t know how to work it properly and even after I sent in photos no they just assumed I don’t know how to work it properly, I’m 52 and I was an apprentice doing carpentry for two years like what do I know about weather something broken or not? So Steven was on holiday and when he got back he came round assess the situation and yeah, he fixed it because it was broken one of the shutters was busted and he fix it but did I get an apology? Because you was wrong and it was broken not that anyone cared that the customer was right it’s like they don’t make mistakes and it’s the customer that is wrong, everyone makes mistakes no one‘s perfect

Wry happy with my blinds, Ross made himself available and patient at all times despite me chopping and changing my mind on what I wanted, he helped me pick the perfect blinds. After arranging, Steven and his colleague expertly and quickly fitted the blinds on the arranged date and time slot. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and colleagues in the future.

We recently got Venetian blinds, blind screen, and roller blinds (some perfect fit) for our new home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by Steven and Ross both incredibly friendly and helpful.

We arranged a date based on when we were getting the keys to our new house, and Ross came out to measure up and provide a quote. The pricing was very reasonable, and Ross clearly set out what to expect in terms of timelines for materials arriving and fitting.

Everything happened exactly when they said it would. On fitting day, I received a text in the morning to let me know Steven was on his way. Steven and Lewis did the install they were pleasant, efficient, tidy, and the results were absolutely outstanding.
