This last fitting (July 2025), samples arrived within 2 days, measure up appointment straightforward, very good value for money and speedy fitting service with no mess left.

Andrew was very helpful from the start when I ordered these blinds several years ago, and recently, several years later, has helped me fix a minor problem with the blind ( he was on his holidays at the time!). Fantastic customer service experience.
I bought luxaflex blinds from Crosby a few years ago, one of which developed a fault after some time. Jen and the team really went above and beyond working with the manufacturer to get it resolved.
They felt like the initial manufacturer response wasn't good enough, and arranged for the whole blind to be remade at minimal cost.
I genuinely couldn't speak highly enough of Crosby and their approach to great customer service. I wouldn't buy blinds from anyone else.
