Experience from start to finish was great, Peter came and measured up and within two weeks Paul was out to fit them. Paul was super friendly and made the installation process look a piece of cake.

Arrived when advised they would. Very professional, polite and curteous.

Checked their online page on the advice of some friends and felt like they would possibly have a solution to our problem: light still coming through our blackout blinds installed by another company.
Booked a visit for quote and was reassured that a solution was in-sight.
Went on to the physical store to ascertain any sale of fabrics and were super well received and explained all options and fabric prices - very affordable options. Also, quick shout out to the interior designer of the store - instant hit with the children.
Got installation booked and despite me arriving late, Rob was spot on, came back and sorted business pretty quickly, checked it together and nil mess left. Legend service!

Paul and Jason visited my elderly mother-in-law’s bungalow yesterday to install her new blinds. Couldn’t fault them. Both were really friendly and made her feel totally at ease. Blinds are beautiful. Her kitchen roller blind is operated by remote control which is excellent, saving her stretching over kitchen sink. Roller blinds have matching valance which really finishes them off. Her white wooden Venetian blinds are of high quality too. Mother in law is delighted with all her blinds and with the service provided.

Paul was fantastic, as usual from the first time I had blinds.
More of the same this time. All measurements for the slightly different sized roman blinds were perfect, a speedy installation with hub and motorisation for four large bay windows completed in under an hour, and left the place cleaner than when started. I wish all tradesmen were like this. Well done!

Was very pleased from the first phone call to the actual fitting everyone was polite and efficient! I'm extremely pleased with my blinds too . The fitter explained everything well and was very clean and tidy 😁

Excellent service from start to finish

From the first visit for the measuring up and quote through to the fitting 3 months later the whole experience of getting our plantation shutters has been excellent. The showroom staff were very helpful and the fitters were extremely polite, quiet and very tidy…a full demonstration at the end regarding using the shutters and keeping them in good condition all delivered in a nice manner. Big shout out to the fitters Jason and Paul who were brilliant! A five star experience and we are already looking at putting an order in again, I would highly recommend 👍

From booking the appointment, measuring up, providing advice, installation and subsequent customer service the experience was sensational, these guys are the real deal when it comes to patio awnings. Thanks Ed and the entire team, you are sensational.

I would highly recommend Deal Direct Blinds based on the fantastic experience I’ve just had. From start to finish, the service was seamless.
The fitter, Rob, was a total professional, punctual, polite, and extremely respectful of our property. He clearly takes a real pride in his work; the installation was flawless, the blinds look amazing, and he was incredibly clean and tidy, leaving the workspace spotless.
This high standard was matched by the exceptional customer service from Eva in the office, who provided brilliant backup and support throughout. It’s rare to find a company where the entire team is this competent and professional. If you need blinds, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deal Direct!

Great service from start to finish!
Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. From Peter talked us through the different option for the windows we had, to the fitter completing the job.
We had a slight sizing issue and the man who arrived to fit the blinds noticed it straight away and organized to get it replaced asap.(Sadly I can't remember his name but I believe he was a proper builder.)
Rob arrived to to collect my blind and was back the same day with the right size. Fitted it and made sure it was correct before leaving.
Amazing team - 100% recommend.
