This company is awesome. I live in Texas and my father lives in Palm beach and hired critter control to remove raccoons out of his attic. I helped him do the research online since I am many miles away and we decided on critter control. Thankfully we choose the right one. Big kudos to the tech Ryan, my father couldn't say enough good things about this young man. He was prompt and keep me in check everyday with an update, and got the raccoons out very quickly. I would also like to thank Ryan, because my father told me how he brought the paper to him each morning from the driveway, and all the sport talks that they had each morning. Critter Control was quick to pinpoint and address the problem with the rats that were in my attic. They got started very quick and had the problem resolved in a fashionable timeframe, before the problem escalated. There were a very minor bumps in the road, but everything was handled properly and professionally. They were on the upper end of the pricing range, but I believe with certain things you pay for quality. This is a prime example of quality work for the premium paid. I would recommend them again.

I had a very difficult challenge with raccoons in my attic.. My house is quite large which made the job particularly challenging. Nick, Steve, and team did a terrific job! I highly recommend their services as this is not a situation where you can afford to take any chances.

Critter Control basically hit the reset button on my attic and removed all rodent debris and reinsulated our home. They were very efficient and the crew was very polite. I recommend them to anyone.

Not sure if I'm happy with the service yet. We still have a rodent problem but now the outside has been worked on I'd like to hope our problem will soon be resolved. All the techs are very nice and courteous and prompt. Biut truthfully that doesn't solve my problem or warrant the amount of money we are spending. Fingers crossed

Everyone involved, from start to finish while handling my racoons in the attic nightmare, was courteous, prompt, efficient and clean. They followed through at every step in a timely and friendly manner.

I had contracted Critter control to remove old insulation and install new. I pick them for two main reasons, there great reviews and Tap insulation that fights bugs while keeping your home cool.

The process was seamless from quote to finish. I initially spoke with Mr Hauz who took me step by step thru the process. Crew arrived on time and were very professional. To my surprise there was unwanted critters and they found a way to eliminate the problem.

The crew kept us informed via the phone upon their arrival and were professional and courteous. Fixed numerous issues and explained them in detail and answered all questions. Took pictures of what they did and explained it fully.
