These people are amazing for Pest Control. It didn’t take no time for them to come out. They are very friendly and are serious about their job. They know what they are doing and not only do they get the job done but they get the job done quickly and professionally. I definitely highly recommend them. They are sweet amazing people.With a great workforce.

This was my first experience having to contact
Rick's Pest Control in Newbury due to hearing movements in my Loft. (Rats or mice?)
Rick has a wealth of knowledge in this field and calmly told me how he would get rid of this problem.
He made sure by coming back and checking three times over the course of 4 weeks.
I am extremely grateful to him and would highly recommend him for any problem with Vermin or Rabbits or Moles.

Had my house sprayed without any knowledge, new home, with open windows, video proof and animals inside. They said it was just a foundation spray, well if your foundation is 12 feet high, above your windows..... b.s.

If it appears we are home, the technician takes the time to let us know they are on site. I find them to be friendly, thorough, and explain what they are doing, and what, if anything, they find. If they find anything, they make suggestions as to what needs to be done. We switched to Absolute because of their professional manner, and we are glad we did.

Zach was great. Was very thorough and even patched a few holes for me. Went above and beyond. In addition, Zach was extremely personable and professional. Keep up the good work.

I have had Absolute Pest Control for the past 8 or 10 years. I always purchase the yearly package because they cover any problems that occur anytime I call with a need for their pest control service. They know my needs as far as spiders/bugs/mice etc. Always punctual and thorough. They listen to what needs to be handled and then they go about it as professionals. They are conscientious and respect your property. Last but not least in today's world they care and are polite! That matters also. Give them a try you also will become a long time customer!

I never leave reviews but I just had to this time. Brandon returned my calls within hours of leaving a message.Bobby removed a ground yellow jacket nest. Bobby called 30 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way. Bobby and I are now best friends. So far a perfect experience. I expect I won’t be disappointed as I am going with their top of the line yearly service plan. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.

I had made an appointment with Mark to have him check out my home for any pests. We walked through my home, and outside while Mark explained all that he was checking, and then spraying. He only found a few spiders, which made me feel much better that no other pests are coming into my home. I agreed to the quarterly visits by Mark, so that we will work together to keep my home pest-free. Mark is very knowledgeable about the products that he uses. Also, he was very considerate and shows outstanding customer service to his clients, which I very much appreciated. Great company!!

Had a wasp nest under a tarp. Paid $275 for a 6 month bee control. They sprayed the nest. The wasps have returned 3 feet away from the original nest. The company said the 6 month control was for that one nest that they sprayed.

The receptionist, technician and company supervisor kept trying to sell me a “bigger” package. I didn’t know why I would need such a thing when I had a 6 months protection! Now I know!

I made appointment for exterminator at a rental unit 2 1/2 hours from home. Guy supposed to be there between 3:00 & 5:00 on Friday. At 4:40 called to see where they were. Guy on phone said he made a mistake when he booked it and that my appointment is now Monday. He was not able to send person on Friday as promised. He made no offer to fix mistake or compensate me for wasting a 2 1/2 drive. Absolute SUCKS!

We began using Absolute Pest Control as a preventative service, to ensure that our new house was as comfortable (bug and rodent free!) as possible. We have been thoroughly pleased with this company and with the individual technicians who perform the quarterly service, as well as additional visits anytime we call with a question.
