extremely impressed with first contact
both chloe and then chris were warmly professional to a very high standard and communicated clearly and i found them both easy to relate to which really helped my anxiety issues and prevented me feeling like a fish out of water if these individuals are any indication i look forward to a lengthy collaberation with my credit related goals and im certainly grateful to their patience and understanding and outstanding professionalism

What am I paying for?
I don't really understand what you get for your £20 a month.
I signed up for the credit coach, the rent payment reporting and detailed credit report.
There is no credit coach. Its the same generic suggestions you get with free credit report accounts. For example mine were to join the electoral register and get a credit card. I've done both of these already, so even the basic suggestions are outdated and inaccurate.
I was rejected for the rent payment reporting service, despite being able to do the same thing with creditladder for only £60 for the entire year.
There is no detailed credit report. It's just a brief summary of my recent accounts. My full credit history is not displayed.
After all that, I'm just left with the £20 a month being positively reported to credit reference agencies, however LOQBOX offer this same service for the same price but you get the money back at the end of the year.
Nothing I paid for was delivered.
Everything that is promised when signing up is wildly exaggerated and there is nothing unique that can't be found else where and for alot less money, or completely free

I apologise if it seemed like there were no credit coaches included with your account. Our dedicated coaches work diligently to assist our customers, providing personalised guidance and support. It’s this human touch that sets us apart from other credit builder products out there.
I see that we tried to contact you shortly after you opened your account to discuss your credit report and create a customised action plan. Unfortunately, we didn’t reach you before you downgraded your account.
The Rentals team also attempted to contact you, but it appears they didn’t receive a response. If you’re already reporting your rent payments, you might have addressed their query. Keep in mind that consumers can’t report with more than one rent reporting agency simultaneously.
While Credito may not be the right fit for everyone, our goal is to help customers improve their credit reports and scores. If you don’t find our service beneficial, downgrading to the free plan would be the right thing to do.
