Polite, helpful and helped me process everything i needed. Cannot complain

Today I spoke with Vidhee Boyjoo, a lovely lady who took great pains to explain things to me, making sure I understood all of the points from my last review, and gave me the best news possible. Thank you Vidhee, and thank you Credit Fix.

Sarvesh was amazing, went above and beyond to assist me, waited patiently on the line while i tried to obtain documents and was very helpful.

I called to settle my iva in all the company was ok and Ruth Sefali was very helpful in the phone today answering all my queries

I would say that Creditfix is a great company to deal with. All staff are very helpful and courteous, but will solve issues instantly. I have had issues resolved immediately without delays. A great mention of Urtika from closure department who assisted in providing closure certificate earlier than expected. A great team to deal with. Thanks to all team members.

Cannot fault creditfix, they have always been fantastic and efficient, after I finished paying my IVA it was a very quick and easy process and my questions were dealt with very efficiently and friendly by Jayshree Ramkhelawon, friendly and sorted my query in minutes, a great company with great staff! Very helpful from start to finish! I Would highly recommended creditfix!

Very helpful and put my mind at rest

I have been a customer of Credit Fix for 5 years and I am coming to the end of my journey with them I have just spoken with Nidhi on the phone about my situation and I was so happy with how she responded to my questions and how polite and understanding she was I would love to praise Nidhi for her patience with me and I will continue to say that it also goes to the whole Credit Fix team that have handled my case in a professional and understanding manner through the whole 5years I have been in there care

Terrible communcation and constant calls dropping. Creditors meeting arranged after the company failed to act on multiple responses. They only care about getting the inital iva set up then dont care about anything else. You would think a company dealing with peoples finances would understand the stress this can cause but im yet to see it. Would not recommend using creditfix to anyone

Well they aren’t. As a result you’ve taken money from me, knowing I can’t afford it and am on a payment break, and if it’s not back in my account I won’t be able to pay my rent tomorrow. Thanks for the additional stress.

I’ve just sat on the phone for 20 mins to have someone disconnect the call once I explained the issue. Currently on hold again. Someone just give me my payment back this is LITERALLY stressing me out more than necessary.

WHERE IS MY REFUND IVE LITERALLY NOT BEEN ABLE TO PAY MY RENT TODAY THIS IS RIDICULOUS. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE PEOPLE AS LONG AS THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!

DAY 3. Of not being able to pay my rent because you took my money and despite being told you’d send it back nothing has been done. This service is diabolical.

I’ll be writing a new review based on today’s experience. Manager (Vikesh) promising callbacks at a specific time and failing to meet them, apparently nobody having a clue what’s happening with a refund payment. This experience is getting worse and worse and honestly I feel like I’m just being strung along.

I have received an outclass service from Lavish Raghu, one of their advisers.
He was very much considerate and supporting throughout the process and I am very much hopeful to get all sorted positively.

The process was so easy and I felt supported throughout. The closure was done really quickly by Azmeena from the Closures Department so I can look forward to a debt-free future.

I spoke to Pravesh today who was very friendly and polite,and was able to help me and explain everything I needed to know.

Durgesh got back to me promptly regarding a query I had about my IVA and took the time to deal with the matter for me. He contacted Select Partnership directly and came back to confirm that it had been sorted out.
I really appreciated his help, communication and quick response. Thank you, Durgesh.

Very helpful and when talking on the phone very friendly if i got into debt again I would use them again I would recommend them to people who are in debt

Creditfix delivered a great service, all paperwork was clear and concise. Would highly recommend if anyone needs help with finances. Ashwan (closure department) sent all paperwork needed thank you
