Creatify is such a cool tool for marketers. Refreshing creatives is so important to maintain positive ROAS and this tool was designed to help make that seamless.

The interface is very easy to manage, which makes juggling different projects and pushing production for new campaigns much quicker and easier.

Awful app and even worse customer service. They have just fraudulently charged me $588 for a service I haven't used in months since cancelling as it was so bad. Not fit for purpose, definitely not worth $588 and not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

This is the first time I was forced to write a review. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to have your money in your pocket.

Their billing is a scam.
I subscribed on August 11th and tested their service. It was kinda of fine; I did a few things and canceled the subscription.

In October I suddenly received a charge, so I went back to check, as I remembered that I canceled the subscription with the multiple questions of "Are you sure?” and what I saw was strange. I had a “voided” invoice for September but somehow was charged for October.

I canceled the subscription AGAIN and contacted support, mostly sure that there is no way they would deny a clear cut refund case. I was wrong. They told me that they have a 3-month non-refund policy and their “free” service somehow justifies that, even though the “free” does not have anything to do with the paid subscription. They even provided me with the internal logs themselves that I only used the service a SINGLE day on August 11th…

This was not a good reason for them to return the money. Being the Head of Support myself for more than 8 years, this was just beyond me. I told them that I would issue a chargeback request with my bank, and it would most likely be a clear-cut case, not good for their billing and business from the side of the payment processor.

And that's what I did. Providing my bank with the transcripts of our support conversation and the internal logs they have provided themselves. Even though the first stage of the service denied the chargeback request the moment it reached the payment processor, it was a clear-cut win for my bank. I have received my money back. Yet I had to sweat for it.

For the person in charge of their billing page, they fully deserve a slap on the wrist, at the very least.

And for the people who are also getting scammed, make sure that you file chargebacks with your banks, especially if you have no activity on your accounts. The policies from this company are written in a shady and dishonest way.

Can't say anything good about my experience with this company. Everything was wrong, and the support handling was disappointing.

I can also see that on Trustpilot the company is flagged for fake reviews. I suppose that is because they are flooding the Trustpilot with tons of fake positive reviews. Well, it seems to be very in the spirit of their overall business model… Pity…

Easy and efficient way to create AI advertiserments

This an extensive AI-powered platform to create videos for social media ads. Multiple avatars available, and an extraordinary comprehensive site. Takes a little time to learn but the resources are unbelievable.

For a novice with AI it was simple to learn how to use Creatify and everything just worked perfectly. They have different options of what you can create, all which were perfect for my business. The Ad Clone tool made creating UGC content so easy!

I love how Creatify AI simplifies my workflow for eCommerce and creating user-generated content video. I love its simplicity, and it excels in making TikTok ads and EUGC content.

The video generation is ok.. but the price is outrageous!! should be 1/4 of what they're charging $39 a month??!.. how am I meant to make a profit from YouTube short ad revenue if you charge 10x or more what the shorts would make!! If they lowered the monthly cost to $10 or lower I would consider using them long term

I was struggling to catch the make a toddler avatar of yourself wave. All the other platforms I had tried were clunky or did not allow me to create an avatar with my voice...until I stumbled upon Creatify. This platform allowed me to create avatars that had realistic movements and spoke with my voice. The technology was easy to learn. So I am a happy camper as my video creation game has improved in both quality and quantity.

A Game-Changer for Small Business Video Marketing.

As a small business owner who's only recently started using Creatify, I'm genuinely impressed by what I've been able to accomplish in such a short time. The platform offers an incredible range of tools that make professional video ad creation accessible, even without a big marketing team or budget.
There's honestly very little to fault. The only minor hiccup I've experienced is a compatibility issue between my phone's video app and Creatify's upload system – it won't accept my clips in .mp4 format. That said, it's easily solved by converting files to .mov before uploading, so it's more of a small inconvenience than a real problem.
What really stands out for me is the multilingual capability. I'm currently expanding Mud Mate into the European market, which means I need video ads in multiple languages. Creatify makes this incredibly straightforward – I can create the same ad in all the languages I need, then upload them directly to my social platforms. For a small business tackling international growth, this feature alone has been invaluable.
Highly recommended for any small business looking to scale their video advertising without breaking the bank.

This software is super easy to use but gives granular controls to adjust avatar emotions and style. This allow me to create ads 10 times faster than before and with much higher quality

I've been using Creatify for a few months and love all of the different features available that allows me to be super creative. There's AI features where I can write a prompt of almost anything and it will come to like for example a kitten playing with a skincare bottle on a table as sunrays shine through the window. I love the custom avatars and different voices I can choose.

Very impressed how easy it is to create ads. Good and clear interface, and the support is also on point.
