Great UCG videos, very easy to use, very helpful. Great quantity of actors, fast render, and great customer service team!

Wanted to try the free video option to see if it is worth paying for but there is no way to actually render the video even with the watermark.

Spend a decent amount of time to make the video but then it also dissapeared when I didn't want to upgrade the account.

Easy to use. I create stills with Nano Banana and uses Aurora Avatar to animate it. Works well. I am looking forward to see it get better.

Great efficient application to create professional videos. We used it for our company ads and it was like an Expert Graphic Designer created the video along with all the content. Everything was auto-generated. We just had to sit and watch it done super quick. I thank them for creating such a helpful application.

I've had nothing but problems with Creatify since signing up. Here's what I experienced:

Avatar Generation Failure: My avatars have been stuck "in queue" for over 18 hours (and counting) after simply using the "change outfit" feature. Despite support claiming the issue was "resolved," the avatars still won't generate. I've been asked to recreate them multiple times with no success.

Broken Support Resources: The chatbot provided links to help articles that don't even exist - literally getting "Uh oh. That page doesn't exist" errors. How can customers self-serve when your documentation is broken?

Payment/Upgrade Issues: Before this avatar problem, my plan didn't upgrade to Pro after payment. I had to go through customer support just to get what I paid for.

Inappropriate Sales Tactics: While dealing with these critical issues that prevented me from using the platform at all, support asked me to leave 5-star reviews on G2, Trustpilot, and Facebook in exchange for credits. This happened while my product literally wasn't working.

Poor Communication: Support keeps saying they're "working with the team" but there's no real resolution. Just endless waiting and being told to try again.

I haven't been able to actually use the platform I paid for. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Pretty blind blowing and impressive results, call me impressed. There are a few glitches here and there but nothing support can't fix, they always respond very quickly with wit and determination. I highly recommend.

Creatify is a quick and easy way to generate AI video using prompts. I'm using it to create scenes for a dramatic series targeted for premium cable, so I'm using traditional film techniques of master shot, with coverage from different angles. I upload stills of characters I've already created in other programs, such as Artistly, VideoExpressAI, Grok, Firefly, etc., and use Creatify.ai to create a video with sync sound. So far, it's working great!

If you can't make content everyday with real people you sholud take this software because is very good. Is easy to use too.

I don't have a ton of experience with Video creation and this has been a valuable tool for me to put in my ideas, use AI to generate the prompt and select my avatar and get a quality product out. I can say I ran into a couple minor issues and reached out and support helped me and corrected the issue I was having and explained why it happened, so I don't have to do that again. VERY VALUABLE TOOL!
