I can NOT recommend this company
I can NOT recommend this company. 1st sign arrived a month after I ordered it and was cracked / broken plus no plug was included for powering it up. A month later, a second "replacement sign" arrived with a European plug that does not fit for a US 110 outlet and wires were loose and not connect. 2+ months after placing my order, I still do not have a working sign which was paid for in full.

Hi Dave, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and want to address the points raised clearly for anyone reading this.
We want to clarify an important point regarding the plug. You ordered channel letters, which are individual illuminated letters designed to be hardwired directly into an electrical supply by a qualified signage electrician. Channel letters are not a plug and play product and do not come with a plug, as they are intended to be permanently wired in. This is standard across the entire channel letter signage industry.
We acknowledge that the first sign arrived damaged during transit and we apologise for that. A replacement was sent as quickly as possible to resolve this.
If there were any concerns about the wiring on the replacement, we would have been more than happy to assist and clarify the installation requirements. We would encourage you to reach out to us directly at info@createneon.com so we can ensure you have everything needed to get your sign installed and working correctly.

We ordered our first custom neon sign from Create Neon with our logo and were so impressed with the quality and customer service that we ordered another one to hang in our office! zero communication on when the item…
zero communication on when the item will arrive. We asked if it is a jbox or plugin install. No response for over a week. Come to find out it is a jbox install, which as you know requires an electrician vs plugin. Then when the item arrived, one O did not light up. I have emailed and texted, and finally received a measly response that they will get back with a solution.

I’m sorry to hear you felt disappointed. Your sign was tested and working before it left our factory, but it seems the “O” was damaged during installation. We’ve already remade that part and are sending it to you by express shipping at no cost.
I do think your review was a bit unfair, as we’ve done our best to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Our signs are always made to industry standards and are best installed by a qualified electrician.

The draft they sent did not look at all like what was sent…and no returns! Will never order from there again! Very disappointing! You can’t even see the main part of the design!

The sign was produced precisely to the agreed specifications and approved mockup. Every detail of the final product matched what was signed off prior to production. We take great care to ensure our mockups accurately represent the finished product and in this case the sign was built exactly to that standard.

I have tried numerous times to make contact thru email and phone calls to support. No answers from you yet.
I was told a step by step instructions would be included as well as a hanging/install kit. I received neither and need assistance immediately.

So far, I love it!
Overall and so far, I’m super happy. The sign is beautiful and looks sturdy. I think I see the glue a bit but it doesn’t bother me that much if it’s ensuring longevity. It’s been a couple of weeks since it’s been installed so I’m just glad it looks amazing and looking forward to it lasting. I’m also very pleased with the customer service and delivery. Thank you!
