Hi Ross, we are genuinely sorry you are unhappy, but we feel it is important to be transparent for anyone reading this review.

You ordered an acrylic backlit sign and your complaint is that it does not illuminate from the front. We have to be honest, an acrylic backlit sign is not designed to illuminate from the front. That is literally what the word backlit means, the light comes from behind. This is a fundamental and well known characteristic of this type of signage and was clearly specified in your order.

If you required front illumination, that would be a frontlit or fully lit sign, which is an entirely different product. We would have been more than happy to guide you to the right product had you asked.

We delivered exactly what was ordered and exactly what was agreed. We would encourage anyone considering our services to look at our wider reviews, as this review unfortunately does not reflect any fault on our part.

We want to clarify for anyone reading this that you ordered channel letters, which are individual illuminated letters designed to be mounted separately onto a wall or surface. This is completely standard for this type of signage and is how all channel letters are manufactured and delivered across the industry.

Channel letters are not a plug and play product. They are designed to be professionally installed by a qualified electrician, which is standard practice for any illuminated signage of this type. This is something we recommend to all of our channel letter customers.
