Me dijeron que se pondrían en contacto conmigo conmigo por artículo defectuoso y sigo esperando….nada formales,imposible contactar conmigo conmigo ellos

Realicé una compra de un ventilador de techo con luz y mando a distancia el día 26/5.
El ventilador no llegó en e días, y el link de seguimiento llevaba a una página de CORREOS EXPRES que indicaba que ese número era NULO.
Solicité la devolución de mi dinero y no me la dieron.
A cambio de eso, me enviaron un email indicando "que el servicio técnico ya había revisado el aparato y que ahora que estaba perfectamente me lo volvían a enviar"...pero si el aparato era nuevo!!! y además pedí la devolución!!!
Hoy recibo un email que indica que me lo han enviado nuevamente y cuando le doy al link de seguimiento, me redirige a CORREO EXPRES en donde enseña el mismo número de seguimiento e indica que el producto fue enviado el 27/5.
Existe esta empresa realmente? O es otra empresa FANTASMA y una de las tantas ESTAFAS?
No se puede hablar por teléfono con nadie, tampoco se puede chatear por whatsApp, no tiene chatbox...es todo MUY EXTRAÑO.
Es una experiencia NEFASTA que NO ACONSEJO a nadie.
Realmente estoy MUY DESEPCIONADA Y ME SIENTO ESTAFADA en mi buena fue y en mi dinero.
Nadie da la cara, nadie resuelve, y mi dinero lo siguen teniendo ellos!
Y yo sin mi producto que necesitaba URGENTE.

This is the worst ai coding platform I have ever used. They rebranded themselves from creat.xyz to createanything.com because they know how scammy their platform has been. I signed for the $200 and it lasted only 24hrs and I wasn't able to build anything. What makes me very angry is that they hide the option for you to remove your credit card from their platform or deleting your account. A total scam they are. They said the agent in the max plan runs authonomously which is a big lie. A simple project is full of bugs upon bugs and you can't even fix anything because you run out of creatdit. If I knew createanything.com wascreate.xyz I would never had bought a plan. A bunch of scammers. Use this platform at your own risk

Hace 15 días que compré dos ventiladores y uno de ellos ha llegado roto. He emitido varias quejas sin respuesta.. es imposible contactar con ellos y no responden a las reclamaciones

I was using create.xyz before the rebrand to Createanything.com and had 2 active websites.

One day i got the Notification that the rebrand would make existing projects Impossible to edit anymore. ( I already paid the monthly fee )

This is a total scam move, the Ai Coding tool doesn't even work that good on Basic features ( it can't even add an image to your website properly ).

Stay away from create.xyz and createanything.com , very shady company, could see them disappearing very soon.

First of all, the tool is great and I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised with the results, as I was. However, I would like to highlight the excellent customer support this company provides. Dylan was very helpful and understanding. 10/10

Please make some more mothly credits (maybe for free plan also), so everybody can continue to use the great app.

He realizado la subscripción de $20 y se ha consumido todos los tkens en intentar arreglar que funcione un botón y no lo ha conseguido. Le ha dicho unas 20 o 25 veces que el botón no funcionaba y no ha sido capaz de solucionarlo. Se ha consumido los $20 y no ha corrigido ni un simple error en un botón. No lo recomiendo por ahora y me arrepiento de pagar los $20 de subscripción.

Great AI Web/App builder. Very easy to use for someone with 0 Coding skills. Great Customer Support as well. Very efficient and serious Company! Recomended 10/10.

so far so good, made my app/website, customer support is good also so far on discord, the apps do take time to make but i connected my domain and dns on their platform and everything is working so far.

the nice thing is that ai can utilize our text to commands and pretty much code any app or website you want.
