Ordered a bed for my daughter. Waited 8 days for it to be delivered, to open it up and no screws in the box!
Daughter now has no bed & spent all day sorting her room ready for her new bed, on my own with a newborn baby too!

Wanted to give a zero as they promised my order for over 3 weeks of it being late. They then told me they couldnt find the bed (presume that means no stock) and asked me to choose another one despite still advertising the one I wanted on their website. I didn’t trust them so asked for a full refund. Awful experience.

I had an issue with one of the knobs on the bed I had purchased being bent. Having just moved house and being in desperate need of a bed, I asked if there was a possibility of a discount rather than having to send back and wait for a replacement. Hannah was fantastic! She responded to my query really quickly and offered a 50% refund. Really easy to contact and excellent customer service. Would recommend highly!

Took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered and the mattress was covered in black dirt from the transport I think , not even any compensation for delay

Be careful when ordering from this company.

I ordered a day bed from B and Q but it was fulfilled by this company. In the photos it clearly shows mattresses are included, and doesn't mention anywhere that they're not included in the price. For £250 I definitely expected them to be included. When I asked when the mattresses would be delivered, all I got was a response saying "you didn't add any mattresses to your order".. Of course I didn't, because the mattresses are in the photo of the bed.

At first my order of 2 beds was wrongly dispatched but the customer service team soon sorted it out. Good quality, great price and a bonus of free delivery.

Good value, decent quality and not too bad on delivery time

I find it funny that I get an email asking to leave a review on my experience when I’m still waiting for a bed I ordered over 2 weeks ago..

I ordered the beds at the end of December 2025 and still haven’t received any response. I’ve sent the same email twice with no reply. I understand that deliveries can be delayed, but the lack of communication has made me question the company’s credibility. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I don’t know how else to contact them besides an email that goes unanswered.

Ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago and still not received. Email stated item would be delivered in 5 business days yet here we are. Have been back and forth emailing their customer service team to be told yesterday that the mattress is due to leave the warehouse that same day and be given to the couriers where I will then receive tracking details… 24hours later and still nothing. Possibly a scam company. Avoid regardless! Quick to take your money but won’t give the goods.

Ordered a bed for my granddaughter which she chose. Waited, emailed (which seems to be the only way of getting in touch, no phone number considering it's a company) was told something went wrong at the warehouse. Will expedite ASAP. Waited emailed again. Bed was a no show. Got fed-up and requested cancellation and refund.

Had a mail from transport saying they had not received our beds.

It’s been 10+ days and Still haven’t received shipment or been able to get in contact with some one at the business🤦🏻‍♂️

13 days after order and no delivery has been scheduled.

I have NOT received my bed.
Terrible customer service.
I have asked for a refund, we will see what happens. I won't hold my breath though!

I have not received the item and have had no contact from the company. I do however keep getting emails asking me to review them which is really infuriating. My daughter is still sleeping on the floor as result.

I purchased a bed frame from this company and only after assembling it (as required) did it become clear that the quality is very poor. The bed makes loud squeaking noises during normal use, making it unfit for purpose.
I contacted the company immediately to request a return. I was told this was not possible because the bed had been assembled, despite the fact that assembly was necessary to identify the fault. I then provided video evidence clearly showing the issue, as requested by the company.
Since sending the video, I have received no response to multiple follow-up emails.
I have now raised this publicly because of the lack of communication. Trustpilot has also confirmed that this company is using ratings incorrectly and is in breach of Trustpilot guidelines.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Ordering was simple price was good and dispatch and delivery went smoothly
