I put my order in with crazy birds bikes on Sunday evening only to receive them by Tuesday! Very impressed. The customer service, Lola, was very efficient . Amazing experience all round.

This is my 4th crazybird bike I had a problem with the jumper it lost power to the motor but after contacting Lola at support we sorted the problem out quickly so we are up and running again

The website was easy to use and the product is great value for money and easy to put together, the riding experience took a bit of sorting out due mainly to my ineptitude but once I got the hang of it it was tremendous I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is contemplating getting one of these bikes just go for it

In the short time I have been using it, I am very happy, it is an agile bicycle, it feels of good quality and the best is very cheap, totally recommended, I am so happy.

Very pleased with my recent purchase of a Crazy bird electric bike. It is very smooth running and the 500w engine provides for a decent level of power. I would also add that this is the third electric bike I have owned and the gear change operation on the Crazybird is the best of the lot. Finally to advise that it comes in kit form but is reasonably straightforward to assemble and the support offered by the team at Crazybirdbike was excellent, they replied to me email very quickly

Delivery was great, lads phoned to say would be with us in the afternoon, hour before delivery called again... Bike well packed, very impressed with how well. Put bike together with no hassle but I do have experience. What a great bike, not as reactive as a high range bike but for the money it's great... Wife's bike and she is happy that's the main thing 🙄 pickup from peddle is a little slow but once the motor kicks in off you go. Offen feel you can go faster than the legal 15mph and that's down to your peddle power as the motor stops at 15 anything above is down to you to put in the effort... Bike looks and handles great

I was looking for an ebike which sorted my needs, when i say needs I needed to get out more than just doing the mondain things. I am 70 years Old but consider myself to be a young 70 if that makes sence, I suffer with ARTHIRITUS in my ankles so the option of the throttle was a big plus for me, I always use the pedal assist, but if i went any distance and started to struggle the throttle attachment would get me home.
I had several queries about the Crazybird Jumper and all these were answered. I Placed the order and got the delivery within 4 days, this was because i placed the order late on friday afternoon. When i got the bike i built it up and was more than impressed with the build quality snd it lookrd Amazing. The day after i took it for its first run and before in realised it i had done 10 mile, It is truly a fantastic ebike which ticks all the boxes and mor besides.
You sometimes worry when you buy things on the internet But from the outset Crazybird were First Class in everything they did for me. I am looking fwd to many bike rides out in the future. I purchased the EBike as a 70th Birthday to myself and Crazybird even gave me a small discount for my Birthday.

This is a smashing bike. My first electric. Quick delivery and I have had a couple of outings to get used to it and so far do good.

Quick delivery and easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Enjoyable, comfortable ride and the throttle is a welcome help.

The bike is AMAZING. Ive had a couple of pedal assist bikes. But this is another level. The build is solid, the bike is solid, ordered it on a Wednesday and it arrived the following monday. The delivery te were brilliant! I havent had the bike long and not properly put it through its paces yet but cant see to much initially wrong. Remember, if you buy the bike always tighten the left pedal the wrong way lol. Amazing customer services, amazing delivery service from AIT and so far an amazing bike

Arrived so quick, received tracking details then got a phone call from delivery company when they were on their way. Just waiting for accessories pack to arrive separately. Bike was very easy to assemble and I've been out on it and it's great...only tried upto 2 on electric bit and that feels fast...need to work upto 5 for hills, etc. Can't wait for the sunny weather to come back out again.

Generally all things have been good the bike is very good and well made with delivery as being very good but any accessories you order the delivery is slow, hence the four star the accessories delivery lets it down but other than that everything else is good

Generally very pleased. A couple of minor niggles for me. I don’t like the half mudguards front and back, they are totally impractical and neither use nor ornament.
I would have preferred the rear suspension to be adjustable like the front.
I have the display on bright but in sunlight and with sunglasses on its not bright enough.

Excellent service. Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I assembled the bike (seta model) and am impressed with the quality. For the cost it far exceeded what I expected. My partner has been for 1st ride today and absolutely loves it. If you want an affordable first time ebike, I would highly recommend Crazybird. Great communication through order process too. Delivery company was professional aswell. Thank you all involved.

Simple to assemble, is really fast just on one speed, delivery was perfect, my first electric bike and I am not disappointed bought to work as I can't rely on buses due to timetables

I ordered 2 bikes they were very Fast delivery, they are better quality than expected, a number of people have stopped to ask us about them, and to admire them. I have passed on the website details to a number of people, would highly recommend.

I am 65 and still very strong the bike is solid when put together easily. Me and the misses got one each our bike riding has gone from 5 miles to 20.It’s that good,exercise wise it still gives you a good workout.Going from just weekends to everyday it’s great love these bikes thank you.

We ordered the CB10 - what a nightmare! arrived very well packaged but we faced problems with putting it together and the customer service was horrendous. They kept sending us instructions for the wrong model. Eventually we had to go to a specialist bike shop to have the throttle put on as the handlebar grip could not be removed. The monitor display didn't work and it was found to have a loose connection. We then had a problem with the battery not charging fully and running out after a few minutes, then the flywheel wasn't aligned and the bike couldn't be pedaled. Despite us asking them to take the bike back we had to argue for over two weeks. Eventually we were told by Paypal that we would have to provide new packaging ourselves and cover the cost of returning the bike to Germany which would have been over 200 Euro. We agreed to 425 Euro compensation in the end and are now left with a bike that is worse than useless. WE would never recommend this company to anyone - 30 e-mails later, the customer service is absolutely appalling. We feel absolutely robbed having paid out 609 Euro plus 25 Euro for repairs.
