I recently started selling with Crafter’s Market and I have been so happy with the whole process. The help that you get from the Crafter’s Market team has been second to none. They really do care about making the process as easy as possible and help with any issues.

The fees are easy to understand and there are no hidden or complicated things to work out.

Since selling on Crafter’s Market I have also bought several items and found it to be an easy process with great communication too. It’s now my first port of call when shopping online.

Would definitely recommend this website for both selling and buying.

My daughter joined this site recently, and loves everything about it. For each product sold, a tree is planted, there are no fees upfront, just commission when you sell an item and you get a lovely welcome email, with support if you are struggling with anything.

I am a seller on Crafters Market and have purchased items from other vendors too. I've had a shop on various selling platforms and this is my favourite by far. The team is very supportive and responds quickly to queries. No more being left hanging for ages when something isn't working, they genuinely want all vendors to succeed. The site owners are not about taking profits and running, which I've felt is true of other sites. There's also a great community, everyone is happy to help out whenever needed. The fees are very reasonable. As a buyer, it's all very easy too and a great range of products all from indie sellers which is great.

An excellent selling platform with a good team of admin

My experience with Crafter's Market has been very positive. It was easy to set up as a vendor, and I feel very supported by the admin team. As a buyer the site is easy to navigate, and there are many wonderful products on offer from small businesses across the UK. I also love that CMUK plants a tree with every order!

I'm new to Crafters Market but so far I have nothing but good things to say about the platform. Unlike etsy you keep more of your hard earned money. Amazing customer service, a really supportive sellers community and super fast payment too!

I have just set up a shop on Crafters Market UK so it is all new to me. I struggled setting up a couple of listings but the support on this site is absolutely phenomenal. My first question was on a Sunday and I received a reply almost instantly. I then continued to test Holly and Dave's patience to the absolute limit. Throughout each and every question they were incredibly patient, helpful and kind and never once treated me as though I was being stupid. Having such an incredible level of customer service is very rare and very valuable.
Thanks to their amazing help and support I have only just listed items in my shop so I don't know how sales will go. However, seeing the passion and commitment that has gone (and continues to go) in to this site I have no doubt that it will grow and flourish as it deserves.

I have been a member of Crafters Market for a couple of months and compared to other sites they have been amazing. A few of us are not very tech savvy but no matter how small the problem the admins are on hand to help and guide you through.
They are continually marketing and updating the platform and inform us of changes which just keeps getting better.
if your a small handmade craft business in the UK this is the platform you need to be on help us grow

Find the shop easy to navigate from a buyers point of view and from a sellers point the site again is easy to navigate.. any issues are promptly solved by the admins and they are actively supporting each and every shop where they can. Advertising to customers and potential sellers too. I'veade a couple of sales in 2 weeks and considering the site is just 3 months old it's growing rapidly and the future looks promising

I am a current vendor with crafters market uk and i cannot fault it, The website in my opinion is very user friendly, The owners are great people and very helpful with any issues. Other online craft sites just want to take your money and ignore you.
With crafters market uk you know exatcly what your paying for with no hidden "extras" like many other crafter sites.
Its nice to see they are slowly growing but hopefully once more people are aware of this site it will grow faster to enable more of an audiance and opportunities for us vendors.

It's a no brainer!

I am a new business so this was my first experience of setting up a store to sell my products, and the Crafters Market could not have made it any easier for me! The process was straightforward, with useful guides available if needed. Not to mention there are no fees to register, which is an added bonus for "old" and new businesses alike!

I am so pleased to be a founding vendor on this new selling platform.
I pay the monthly fee and feel great knowing I won't get a bill at a later date.

Its a very easy site to navigate. I found just what I was looking for. Will definitely use site again
