Can someone explain why there is an odd pattern for positive reviews? There are clusters of positive reviews on particular dates which is quite odd.

Thank you for my purchases all beautifully wrapped with the added touch of having a heart tied ceramic with blue ribbon on all of them. Tbch is a fantastic marketplace for selling. It's easy to navigate, and my customers, who return frequently, have no difficulties either. The support is outstanding, readily available, and willingly offered. Whether it's the platform's assistance or the advice from the incredibly supportive community of sellers, help is always at hand. My customers are fond of the shopping experience, and as a vendor, I appreciate the exposure we all receive.

Having been a seller on TBCH for just over a month, I can honestly say that this was the best decision of my life. Dottie, the founder, is an incredibly inspiring woman who does everything and beyond to make every vendor thrive. Her skills, the hands-on support, the experienced advice, and the genuine caring and encouragement of the makers' community is heartwarming and fresh in the current climate.

Networking is optional but joining the weekly promotion runs increases your visibility and makes you feel part of the hive, and who doesn't want a supportive circle of creative friends? It's also really easy to help promote others when all the products are high quality and handmade by skilled artisans.

As a buyer - there is such a huge variety of British handmade products made by real people for real people. Products with character and heart.

As a seller, The British Craft House is a community of like minded individuals creating beautiful genuine pieces in their workshops throughout Britain using skills that are hard earned and offered with genuine dedication and love.

This is absolutely the best platform to sell on. There's outstanding support, from both the owner, Dottie, and also from the other sellers. I use the Facebook sellers hub to sort my listing and shop setting issues. There's even help with social media and SEO. The hub is a great, direct support, sometimes my questions are answered immediately and so I can move on and make changes to my TBCH Shop without having to wait. There are always suggestions on how we can improve our shops. Last year we had daily tips in November, which were really helpful.
Each seller is vetted before being allowed to open a shop. Every item is designed and handmade by each shop owner, nothing is made in China! There's also a wide range of artisan products, not too much of a particular craft.
I like the way my shop looks on TBCH. We all get lots of promotions on Facebook, it's included in the subscription. The owner ploughs back profit to fund the adverts and support the sellers. I can't rate it highly enough.

As a seller the support you get from The British Craft House is excellent which comes from real people who are committed to help you succeed in your business. I have learnt so much through the team and the community of sellers in all aspects of selling online, this level of help has gone beyond my expectations. I also like the fact all sellers are vetted and Dottie likes to limit similar products so yours get seen. I have already sold using this platform!

I joined TBCH in the summer, and am SO pleased I did. As a newbie seller having an online store, I was blown away by all the help I've received thus far. TBCH is a great platform for UK artisans. The website and selling platform is easy to understand with helpful tutorials. The selling fees are extremely low with a set commission making it easy to understand. Being part of TBCH was the right decision for my business.

As a seller this platform has by far the best support network I have found - both from Susan and other sellers via the Facebook group. Susan is always ready to offer help when needed and pro-actively encourages sellers to make the best of the experience, advising us on any changes that may affect our shops.

I have been a British Craft House seller for many years and found it beyond excellent. The entry criteria are set high which keeps the quality of items for sale high also unlike a lot of other platforms. Support for sellers is superb with HQ support always there and a lively sellers hub brings sellers together into a family. TBCH is the best craft selling website available.

I have been a seller on TBCH for years and it is the most caring and encouraging community of makers I have ever been part of. The main difference from other selling sites is the sellers Hub on Facebook where all members can get involved with the weekly promotions, you don’t have to if you don’t want to but it will help. You can ask any question, big or small and the wealth of knowledge from other sellers will respond, it’s like magic! No question is silly. The more you put into TBCH the more successful you will be . The owner of TBCH, Dottie is an unstoppable force, I have emailed in the past and Dottie actually responds not some AI helper !! She pushes TBCH forward all the time, she is always doing something to promote TBCH and move it forward for the future.
The community of makers are all artists that make and create their own goods, you will not be lost in a sea of mass produced tat.

You’re never alone as a British Craft House seller because there is always help available at any time - you simply have to accept it. As a seller I’ve been selling there since the start - 6 years. In that time I’ve seen many sellers come and go. Many were so successful that they left to sell from their own sites. Others expected instant success with no effort on their part whatsoever and left. Online selling relies on your goods being seen amongst all the thousands of other sellers on the web and The British Craft House works really hard to promote all of us going way over and beyond what they promise. I tried selling on other platforms before The British Craft House but now believe there is no more helpful, friendly platform for selling genuine hand made goods than where I am now.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time whilst being a seller on TBCH. I’m “technically challenged” so whenever I got stuck getting my shop sorted out for selling, I visited the hub for advice & help to troubleshoot. Dottie & her team are very helpful as are the videos designed to help too. I find that being featured in newsletters & also the extensive advertising that is done on our behalf, has contributed to me having such a wide array of customers as well as exposure. Firstly, every single seller is carefully vetted to ensure that all our products are handmade in the UK, secondly it's very straight forward to get started, thirdly the support from the founder is brilliant, she answers all questions promptly and has built an incredibly supportive group of small business owners.
