I have a store on Crafters Market UK and have found it very easy to set up and navigate round. The staff at Crafters Market are very helpful, they even put on a 'boot camp' to help us vendors make the most out of our product listing. I prefer this marketplace than the likes of giants like Etsy, because they are much smaller and you feel like your part of a community.

The fact that you have the choice to pay a subscription or not. If not you only have charges if you sell. As I am only just beginning to sell my handmade crafts, this gives me an opertuntity to try things out, with out committing to a subscription.

Crafters Market is a great platform which I hope will grow over the next year.
The listings are easy to upload, there's room for lots of details and photos about my products. My shop is quite niche and relatively new, but I've had a few sales which have covered all my costs to date.
Any queries I had in setting up were answered quickly. The support staff are dedicated to making the site a successful platform for both buyers and sellers. There's a few platforms I have tried which are only interested in new sellers. The shop front looks slick and I'm more than happy with the look of my shop from the buyers side.

I have registered my online sales account on Crafter's Market and initially decided to leave the platform due to no demand for my items. However, even after I unsubscribed from their services, I was still charged for an additional month. When I sent an email, there was no response until I created a dispute on PayPal.

After resolving the issue, they explained the situation and promptly refunded the charge. Despite the initial frustration, they eventually handled the matter.

Wow I'm very pleased ,I ordered a mug for my grandson (with a photo plus a message)it arrived today only a few days of my order and it's superb,just love it.
