If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered a large chicken run for my hens, they took my money and 2 hours later they cancelled my order. No reason why, just, 'Your order has been cancelled, let us know if you have any questions"
Tried phoning to find a reason why and phone just goes dead, it doesn't even ring.
Needless to say I won't bother with this company again

I contacted customer service by email as I read somepeople had issues over the phone. All I wanted was to purchase some replacement wheels for my cage (wheel broke when moving could have been poor quality or my heavy handedness) and its been over a week and I haven't heard anything.
I will think twice before purchasing in the future.

Cheap crap posing as high quality items.
Amazon listing was wrong and I was sent something materially different to what was ordered. Seller told me to pay own return postage (£22 cheapest).
Been over a week since I messaged them.

Horrible and horrendous customer services they are extremely rude and the rabbit hutches aren’t strong at all and the wire is easily breakable and the wood isn’t strong at all and I’ve only had it 2 weeks and this shouldn’t of happened for the price of £90 I’m fuming

I ordered 2 large beds for my dogs on Oct. 25, 2021. I have yet to receive anything from them. They charged $159.00 to my Pay Pal account. I wrote them a letter asking about the beds and have received no response at all. They are scammers. I will no longer order anything on Facebook nor do any business with E Commerce DBA Cozy Pet . com

I would rate this merchant as a ZERO if that were at all possible. Reading all the positive, rave reviews churns my stomach because it really looks like the owners/staff of CozyPet have written them themselves! I really do hope their consciences keep them awake at night and that they fall over the ill-gotten money from unsuspecting and genuine customers....of which I am one. I have NEVER been treated with such indifference by an online business - their customer service is so very below par it is all but non existent. Obviously they hide behind the difficulty that customers would have in obtaining a refund for the goods they have not even received! I ordered an XXL bed on 15Nov this year and have yet to see it arrve, let alone be sent an email or message to inform me that it has even left their premises. I recommend that using PayPal as the payment medium may not be the best way to recoup one's money either. Banks have a far better success rate when acting on your behalf to recoup monies from Scammers or shonky Online dealers. I do not like writing such publicly available reviews but, something needs to shake this mob up or out!!

My order came and I was somewhat happy with it, the plastic for the floor was much thinner than I expected, two of the corners on one of the two ordered came smashed? Everything else seems good unless of course you’ve got puppy’s that jump or are tall enough to stand with their paw on top of a bar, which of course we do, the design of the heavy duty playpen has round edges at the top which basically paw traps! Why anyone thought rounding them off was a good idea is anyone’s guess? When we have had them trapped luckily we were in and able to save them fast otherwise god knows what would have happened? We made lids now to prevent this happening again which of course makes buying one with an open top pointless?

I have purchased many dog related products from Cozy pet over several years, in particular dog cages including custom fit cage for my car. Excellent products, great prices, speedy delivery. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery. Quick to assemble chicken run. Great price. So pleased I am buying another one.

I have bought from this company before via Ebay, but have discovered their website which saves quite a bit of money.

If you are being put off by the negative feedback, it looks like a scammer is using a similar name as the feedback is from around the world (few from UK) and seems to be mostly about (free) dog beds.

I also ordered two beds as well as a furniture cover back in July. NOTHING! I have sent several emails and have had no response! I really would like my money back. Sadly I don't think its going to happen. I never order from companies that I'm not familiar with, but my daughter said I scrutinize to much, that I needed expand my online shopping beyond Amazon. Well, I did and this is what I got. NOTHING!

I ordered a pink 36 inch dog crate from cozypet.co.uk despite having read the mostly awful reviews for them here on Trust Pilot but they were the only company I could find who had a 36 inch dog crate in stock, even Amazon didn't have one, at least not for anything I could afford. I am so glad I took the chance as it arrived the next day and I am delighted with it. I needed it speedily not for a dog but for a dove whom I rescued out of the clutches of a bird of prey having been alerted by it's screams!! I could see Cozy Pet were out of stock of a few of their dog crates, like everywhere else I had looked at but they had this one and a 30 inch one in stock, I also contacted them to say if they were out of stock a 30 inch dog crate would suffice, I did not expect to hear back but they contacted me on a Sunday no less to say it was in stock, they shipped the next day and I received it the following one. Their prices were beating anything Amazon or ebay had to offer or any other company I looked at!
So I am very happy I took the chance and the dove is much less stressed in it's new spacious cage, though at the moment it is sitting on top of it! So many thanks cozypet.co.uk, I would be more than happy to order from you again! :o)

THE WORST site ever… you will loose your money as I did.. I have authorities into this as I paid nearly $100 for XL and got a mini bed I can not use. Then they didn’t return email let alone my

Was rather worried after reading the reviews after ordering via the cozy pets ltd website but luckily my order arrived. It was definitely not the best condition it could have been the paint job was shabby looked like a 4year old had painted it, holes were oversized and a random piece that I’m not even sure was part of it was broken but these problems can easily be fixed considering the fact it was very reasonably priced compared to others in the market.
Delivery ran a day late but I’m just glad it arrived and my guinea pigs now have a winter home!

Do no recommend. Placed an order 5th September 2021 and still waiting to receive with is ridiculous. My pet has since passed away. I emailed the company Friday 29th October to cancel my order and requested a refund however no reply.

I too have been scammed by this company, I ordered a dog bed, paid for it & within 5 mins I got an email advising if I was to pay $5 to become a VIP member, my order would be shipped within 2-3 business days, that was on 9 September, I’m still waiting, I have sent 5 emails, no reply, I’m now in contact with consumer affairs

Update: I was issued a refund when my credit card company intervened. I also have been scanned by this fraudulent company. I ordered and PAID for a pet bed more than a month ago and tracking only shows order is confirmed. Bed promised in 9 days to 2 weeks. I don’t know how Facebook gets away with accepting scam advertisements and getting paid for them, while their advertisers are stealing from their users.
I have sent 3 emails to customer service at Cozy Pet with no reply! We are trying to get a chargeback from the bank or a refund from Spotify.

Do not buy! Like all others ordered a bed in July and now here I am in October with no bed. Emailed got No replies no bed. Damn scammers!

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered 1 bed and was charged for 2. Sent 3 emails with NO reply. I ordered these over a month ago and heard NOTHING. This company is not even worth 1 star. I've contacted my bank to investigate.
