SCAM company. DO NOT USE. Great website full of information, ideas and ethos. Promises UK business. Products are undersized, very basic quality with top prices. Shipped directly from China. RUBBISH.

Awful company. Placed my order in September they took my money immediately and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have contacted customer service and it took weeks for them to respond. I was told they would look into it but of course that was a few weeks ago and still NOTHING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will steal your money!!

Absolute awful company, do not use!!! They took my money on 4th September and never sent my order. Many emails from me but no response from them .

I have similar experiences that after payment they sent email reply which show tracking of shipment.

Wrote to them n after 3 weeks they replied they will check shipment status .
Wrote them few more emails but no reply

Do not use this company. I also ‘bought’ the brush - paid in July and here we are in September- nothing - not even shipped yet. ‘Kara’ from customer service not able cancel order as it’s enroute - scam

Ordered the Magic Brush, was overcharged and still don't have the product. This company should be shut down.

I placed an order a month ago and paid for it at the time. I received a tracking number straight away but the order still hasn't been shipped. The carrier website doesn't register the shipping number. I contacted customer support and they were incredibly slow to respond, eventually saying the order had been shipped (it still hasn't).

My order was processed through my credit card and in 2 months has not arrived. Payment has been taken, no response for delivery information / tracking number is a sham or for my refund request.

I don’t know if it’s the same site as this, but on 4th December 2023 I ordered 2 sofa covers, totalling €180. It is now 19th December and they are supposedly in transit. Tracking shows In Transit on 12th December. Nothing else to date. I was charged on 4th December. I have repeatedly sent e-mails which are ignored. I think I have been scammed.

I ordered my items on Jan 9th 2023, they charged my credit card. I got an email asking me to review my order that I still don't have on Feb 2, 2023. No phone number to call, I have emailed them several times and no response!!

I ordered my cozy paw bed on January 1 and the date is now the 17 and l haven’t received my merchandise yet

SCAM. Do not shop there. Misrepresentation of the product. No reply to my email for a refund. Not legit.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO YOUR MESSAGES OR EMAILS. I purchased a calming bed on the 20th August, received an email to say the order has been received and NOTHING since. This is NOT a legitimate business.

I HAD THE MOST DREADFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CHEATING COMPANY. I HAVE ORDERED TWO ITEMS.....after two months they arrived in my country but I had to pay 25 dollars in tax and fine because cozy paws did NOT write any company name nor sender address on the packet! and I (the customer) must pay for it and pay tax because of lack of information on the packet…...
and when I did want to sent goods back (to return it to Cozy Paws) because quality was VERY poor and because I paid 25 dollars more on top of the 75 dollars (which is actually overprice as now i see other companies has the same goods for half the price) but Then cozypaws just write: We only take goods back if you send it within 30 days after the day you purchased!!! (the order day)...but how can one do this when I received the goods only after two months after purchased.....and on top of this the goods were damaged too because goods very poor quality and packed very bad.….so COZY PAWS has the worst (non existing) service ever...…..do NEVER purchase from COZY PAWS again…..NEVER....they just draw your money on the day you order…...and send goods with two months delay….and pack it so it will be damaged…with no company or sender name on....and then no possibility for returning it! CROOK...thats what cozy paws are.

Ordered a pet bed Nov. 15. It is Dec. 11 and we have not received anything. I’ve emailed customer service several times. First I received an auto generated response with no follow up. The next time I emailed requesting a personalized response or I would have to dispute the charge. I received a cryptic email about shipping and tracking. Emailed again asking for a specific delivery date and have received nothing. I’ve given them every opportunity to provide a legitimate response and plenty of time to allow for shipping and delivery. I’m thinking there is either a problem with the company or the site is not legit. There is no phone I can locate. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pet bed from this company 23 days ago... their website says “fast and free shipping” and that all items ship from their warehouse in Colorado. I received tracking info from China post, and when I asked about it, I was told that they were behind on orders and had to have them shipped from the manufacturer. I would have never purchased this if I knew it was not produced in the US. I have asked for a refund but was denied. The customer service was terrible and this company is dishonest and makes false claims. Buyer beware of this horrible company.
