The operatives were 3 hours late but I did receive a phone call letting me know they would be late. They finished at 8.30 pm and did a good job. And didn’t waste any time. The lad’s were polite and friendly and cleaned up before they left but did leave marks on the landing walls.

Got a cold call from the EcoHub muttering something about inefficient popular loft insulation & offering a free "in person" chat (with someone from a different company? - it didn't add up!). Was very sceptical & uneasy & nearly cancelled the appointment.
Pablo (Cozy home rep) was very easy to talk to & explained what the insulation was & how it was much improved from the traditional insulation l'd already got. I didn't feel any pressure to agree to have the foam installed.
The guys who did the work arrived early & were very professional. The job was done very quickly & neatly & they even vacuumed before they left.
Hoping this will now save me a lot of money every winter - time will tell.

We hadn't heard of spray foam insulation before but had a cold call on the doorstep from Cozy Homes who explained what it was and that they were in the area. While we had normal fibreglass insulation which was installed a few years ago, we still find that heat easily escapes the house and it didn't seem to do much so we agreed to a no-obligation sales meeting.

We had a good meeting with Sam who explained everything about Icynene loft insulation and answered all our concerns about the things we've read online. He wasn't at all pushy and if we hadn't been convinced about it I have no doubt that he'd have thanked us and left but as it was it sounded like it would be perfect for us and if it works as expected it should make the house a lot warmer.

Due to the way the business works with the sales and installation teams doing little tours of the country they're able to offer you a very good deal on installation and so you don't feel like you're getting ripped off like you might do by other companies.

The installation took place a few days after that sales meeting and the 2 guys who came to do it were very nice, answered any final questions we had and then cracked on completing the installation within a couple of hours and leaving everything in great condition. We were able to inspect the work they did before they left and were instantly impressed with their ability to get such full coverage of the whole loft even in hard to reach places.

One other advantage of the foam which we hadn't been told about or thought about is that it actually makes the loft space lighter and brighter as the light reflects off the foam.

Overall we had a really positive experience with Cozy Homes and would definitely recommend to others. While it's just coming into summer now so we can't test the impact of the foam just yet we have no doubt that it will make a difference and so we're looking forward to having a warmer (and cheaper to run) house next winter!

The insulation installers turned up before time ready to start work. Both installers were very tidy and efficient. The whole process took less than an hour and was professionally carried out. Would definitely recommend as the service carried out was first class

We recently had our roof sprayed and I can't believe the heat it keeps in, we are currently under construction and we have 2 radiators working instead of 6, and it's such a warmer house already.
They came around within 2 days to give us a quote, which we were happy with, then came around to spray the following week.

Cozy Homes came to do a survey in my loft space as I had a problem with heat loss, The surveyor explained everything to myself and my partner and we decided to go with the Icynene sprayfoam as it was the best solution for me, Paul came to install with his son and they did a fantastic job very clean and tidy, overall a great Job

After having a free assessment on my loft insulation, it became apparent that my energy bills could be slashed quite dramatically, I have a large 5 bedroom house and it can be very expensive to keep it warm, the information provided by Cozy Home Solutions was a real eye opener. I looked at the pros v the cons, and the pros racked up quite heavily yet I couldn't find a single con! After consulting with my partner we decided that the investment in sealing my properties envelope lid would benefit me and my family immensely. So we opted to go for the work to be carried out.
Cozy Home Solutions were honestly a pleasure to deal with and the installation team were exceptional. My house was left immaculate and after the guys had cleaned up and gone I could feel an immediate change in the properties general warmth! Both myself and my partner on a Sunday morning tested the theory that we could fire up the boiler up for 15 minutes and as the kids were all away that weekend we could have a day at home without windows and doors being opened and closed, with no heating on Barr the initial 15 minutes, at 9pm we were still relaxing in a lovely warm environment!
I honestly would not only just recommend the product, I would happily recommend the company too. They really are a great company providing excellent services.
