Cox & Kings, The Americas 

We had a MARVELOUS time!!! Cox and Kings is a superb trip organizer and I highly recommend them. Our guides were knowledgeable and pleasant, and we enjoyed their company as well as their information. The hotels were wonderful and we were able to get to all the sites that I had selected.
My only issue was the constant tipping in Egypt. I would have been willing to pay an amount up front instead of constantly searching for small bills and going to stores and banks for money. I do not know how to set it up, but I suggest that some method could be found.

The tour was all that I expected. I travelled alone with the group and found my rooms fine and the hotels were both good. The National Hotel in Moscow was a change due to FIFA but I liked its very close location to Red Square, Gum, and the Kremlin. Guides were good although Vera in St. Petersburg had a very difficult voice pitch to listen to everyday.....we all found it shocking at first but got used to it. I think too much time was allotted to the gardens at Peterhoff - the summer palace - because it was cold and raining and it didn't need several hours! I recommend the trip.

Overall it was a good experience, our last guide in Lima rushed us in the end - we paid for the hours and we ended up at the airport far in advance of when we needed to be there.

We had a fantastic time the hotels were great. Our guides Were very knowledgeable. I would use this company again in a heartbeat

Cox & Kings had everything organized and met all of my expectations. India is an adventure with lots to see and a extremely diverse culture. Our guide made sure we had a wonderful time and was open to any questions. We learned a lot about India, its people and the culture. Be prepared to see all walks of life...

Glad I got the opportunity to visit

I truly enjoyed my recent trip to India, and the reason I am giving you four stars is because the last day we had to be out of our hotel room by noon and our flight was at 2:40 AM, that's 14 hours. We could have paid for another tour, but we had seen Delhi.
We found out about the sheikh culture, but I would have liked more information about what we were seeing on those long bus rides.
Thank you for such an outstanding opportunity, I am not complaining, just trying to offer constructive criticism.

Overall, the trip was nice, and for the price, a good value. I always considered Cox and Kings to be a "high end" travel company. However, I have done plenty of traveling, and I would consider this more of a "mid-range" trip. The accommodations in Cairo were nice, but the cruise ship was average. I also didn't like that no beverages were included with the meals on the ship. Although the cost was minimal, even a water with my meals was an extra cost. As I joked with my wife when we entered our room, I said "well, it's certainly not Viking!". Nonetheless, a good vacation for the price.

I am so happy with the Magica India trip that I joined last month. Cox & Kings provided excellent customer service with the sign-in process, the payment process and the tour. Your Tour Guide Bhawani Singh is a breath of fresh air, very knowledgeable and his professionalism and wisdom are greatly admired and appreciated. The hotel accomodations that you picked for us are all superb, they are all clean and food are delicious. The tour bus driver and assistant are kind and respectful. I could go on and on but space to write is not enough. Cox & Kings, you have exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the memories of Magical India. I give you 5+ stars.

No service area and bus no toilet because travel almost senior

I truly liked working Danalee May. She always got right back to me providing the information I needed and was responsible for the excellent itinerary. She incorporated the places we mentioned with her suggestions We saw everything we wanted and much more.
Our tour guide was superior--smart, knowledgeable and kind and helpful. He even helped us change our morning itinerary one day when it was 101 degrees to something more appropriate for the weather.

I also liked having a contact person from Cox and Kings in Israel who could answer any questions.

I would highly recommend this company and am thinking about where we would like to go on our next trip with them.

Outstanding service/superb trip. Travel associate handled bookings/other paperwork with courtesy and finesse. Nothing was left to chance. Service during the trip was also impeccable. I'm not reviewing the hotels and camps visited (in Zambia and Botswana) here, but they were all excellent -- more importantly they totally matched the associate's descriptions and more than met her recommendations and our expectations. We would definitely use Cox and Kings again. (Incidentally despite the similar name we have no relationship to this company.)

All our needs were attended to promptly, the locations were A+, luggage as too small!!

Our vacation to Egypt was well organized and Cox and Kings had paid attention to minor details. The tour guides were well informed, courteous and always ready to help. There were no surprises.

Super slow response. Language barrier. Very unfair about refund when I had to cancel due to family illness.

I've done a dozen trips with them and all have been exceptionally well done. Great recommendations, great guides, all arrangements went smoothly, etc. Highly recommend.
