They were first class from the time we stepped off the plane to when we got back on. The only area that needed improvement was the itinerary. I asked for a detailed itinerary before going and was told that would be given to me when I landed. We wanted to make some changes to it but found that reservations had already been made for us. Our guides were excellent but I felt that they were afraid to change the itinerary that Cox and Kings gave them. We finally worked it out but this is a problem I have had with every travel company I have used in the past. I would definitely use Cox and Kings again.

Except for 2 domestic flights where we sat in the last rows & not together, everything was exceptional. Many thanks.

We travelled to Jordan, including Amman, Petra and the Dead Sea. The trip was amazing, the hotels were wonderful and the guide was great. The handling of the trip booking left much to be desired. We did not receive pre-trip documents or communication until the day we departed, we had to ask for information on what to pack, what to expect, small thing like...there were no luggage tags sent or a pre-trip itinerary. It was a bit strange to have no documents or letters explaining how things would work. For me, a very experienced traveller who owned an incentive travel company for 28 years, I could manage and figure it out but, I would have liked more communication from the booking agents before the trip and perhaps after the trip. Our group of 17 was made up of friends so we communicated with each other but I think more contact from the agency would have upgraded the experience. The trip was SUPERB! We returned over 2 1/2 months ago and this is the first I have heard from Cox & Kings.

Great organization and detail oriented. More than we expected when it came to planning our trip.

We wanted a seamless experience in Africa when we disembarked our cruise and started our safari. In particular, that meant getting us from Cape Town thru Johannesburg and onto a small air carrier to our safari camp. And then back to Johannesburg and onto our flight home. All was handled, no hassle with baggage, no lines. And the safari experience (Mala Mala Rattray's) was extraordinary!

We organized a trip at March break for our family. Every aspect was amazing. We did a helicopter tour up to Everest - we had Tenzing Norquay's grandson as our guide. We toured Jaipur - our guide had worked for Bill Clinton shortly before. Our guides found us amazing shopping, quick lines through the tourist sites and restaurants that let us come home without upset stomaches. We had to change our flight from Kathmandu to do the helicopter trip - organized with no hassles by Cox and Kings. A superb experience from beginning to end.

I have traveled the world with Cox and Kings, and my husband and I often have friends join us on our adventures. Our care is excellent. Accommodations are superb. Recommendations for shopping and dining are terrific. If I want to see something different as we explore a city or if a need for something arises, the requests are met with enthusiasm and grace. I delight in working with the agents for the various areas of the world, and need their help as there is so much I don’t know. When my timing is off, the recommendations of alternatives is well received. I enthusiastically recommend Cox and Kings without hesitation

The experience we had just recently in Egypt was outstanding. The level of experience, local knowledge and logistics management by our guide Kaled was the best I have ever had in 30years.

In relation to your Jordan ground operator I would review them to ensure a direct comparison with your egypt operator as we believe they were certainly not of the same standard.

Every detail of my trip to India was perfect. There were no glitches on the ground. Every thing outstanding...tours, guides and especially the Oberoi hotels we stayed in 4 different cities. I could not ask for a better trip planned and executed to perfection.

Cox and Kings did a terrific job with our Deccan Odyssey trip to India. Every detail was covered. The train trip was great with fantastic tours at every stop. The train staff was top notch and every need was taken care of. The hotels in Delhi and Mumbai were top of the line and local tours were very good. Everything was fantastic from start to finish

My wife and I were treated to a great, well organized itinerary. We were met at the airport by our private driver ( an unanticipated surprise) and escorted through both countries. The driver was terrific, from Slovenia, giving us plenty of time together to obtain local perspectives. The accommodations ranged from good to very good.The guides we met with at each point of interest were uni formally formally excellent.
We are seasoned travelers, and this was a highlight experience.

I think that Cox & Kings did a great job in the planning. I give them a five. Their attention to detail was remarkable. Seema was amazing to work with when arranging this trip!

My family and I just got back from a week in Croatia and Slovenia. We had such an amazing time. The tour was very well organized, loved that we had a driver for just us. Our wonderful driver would take us city to city and we would meet with a local tour guide (all the tour guides were amazing), spoke great English and had so much knowledge. The hotels were nice and clean. We visited the most amazing places. I highly recommend Cox and Kings.

Israel was handled well. Guide was very good. The ITN for Jordon did not maximize the use of time. To much "free" time and the route chosen was not ideal. The guide was only nice but only average.

Our guide and driver made our trip to be a wonderful and a meaningful experience. Our guide Yogi could not have been more helpful during the entire trip. His vast amount of knowledge on the political background and the religious history of India was exemplary. If you desire a meaningful trip to India we would without hesitation recommend Cox and Kings. We would be remiss if we did not recognize the wonderful work of Seema in their Los Angeles office who really worked so hard to put this together for us. Perfect score on all points..... wish I would have know about Cox and Kings years ago. Truly a Luxury Trip at an affordable price. They Walk the Walk.... fit for a Queen!! I can’t say enough ... no words to describe the incredible travel trip and pampering I enjoyed!! Had an older friend with me and tge Cox and King employees catered to her which allowed me to enjoy the trip fully!

Cox & Kings was amazing. They did everything right and treated us like royalty. We were met by a C &K representative at every city and they made sure our travel and connections went smoothly. Our guide throughout India was exceptional and really made the trip. I would highly recommend C & K.
