Our delivery and returns process is and always has been very transparent and clear on the website. We have many calls about our service and they are answered clearly as we do not wish anyone to be mislead. It is of course difficult for us to know whether or not a customer has read and understood that but we always assist, if asked, as to the best way to return an item if in the unfortunate event it is not suitable. For larger purchases, and when possible, we encourage customers to come and view a more expensive item before purchase. I hope that helps explain a little more clearly.

Wouldn't dream of buying a sheepskin from anywhere else.

Thank you for the photo Lisa the rug looks lovely. Friends always comment on the quality of the rug I already have from you so wouldn't dream of buying a sheepskin from anywhere else so I'm putting in an order online tonight.

It arrived yesterday beautifully packaged thanks to Matthew and I only had to reattach 1 large cone, which considering it’s size and fragility was incredible. It is now firmly fixed to our wall with the help of my husband Paul and looks stunning! Thank you also for the very speedy delivery, much appreciated. I really enjoyed our chat on Monday and again thanks for your help. I'm soooo happy with them!!

I recently purchased two table lamps with wicker shades, and just wanted to thank you for the prompt delivery …. Im soooo happy with them!! We recently had some building work done, and to complete the look in the finished room, I wanted matching lamps - and love the light a wicker shade throws out. After problems I encountered placing an order online, I spoke to a very helpful lady who enabled me to place the order ….. despite it being late in the afternoon and by the time we had finished it was well after 6pm - I hope she had the glass of wine she earned once home! Delivery was prompt and the lamps arrived two days later. As I said, I love them!!

I thought Id email as its always good to receive praise in these ‘quick to criticise’ times.

I look forward to shopping at Cowshed Interiors again and hopefully popping into the shop if in the area.
