I am very unhappy with the customer service and with the confusing website design.
On the website when you design your product, there is a small font note about Leeway (+2-5 cm added to all measurements ! Not sure why they do this pointless addition anyway). This is random assumption and just adds unnecessary dimensions to your curtaims. However, i provided drawing for my requested curtains with my very accurate measurements before they designed them, showing where exactly i need to fix my eyelets, and the photos of the gazebo yo be covered. The designing team submitted PDF sketch showing my desired measurements. No mention of leeway. If they do not include the leeway notification on the sketch submitted to the customer for approval, I assume most customers will not know about it and will just find out about it upon receiving the product. It is not a wise idea at all , especially if they are dealing with literate customers that know what they are doing. Even the added leeway was not added proportionately, e.g. 3 cm upwards and 6 cm downwards, very random, and some also exceeded the 2-5 cm they state on the website.
Upon submitting my complaint, They then asked me to take photos and videos for the measurements i was unhappy with. I unpacked the heavy parcel again and took a few photos showing measurements on the curtains i purchased. They then insisted on videos showing all the 16 measurements on my 4 large curtains. Not sure what value a video can add over photos ! I refused to unpack again, displace furniture around again, spread all large sheets again and take videos for 16 measurements and re pack all again !. At this point nothing moved forward and they refused to offer further advise. I will take all curtains to a local tarpulin service to mend them on my own expense. Not happy with this design and customer service at all. Would not recommend them to anyone. If you have to deal with them, you should insist on your measurements and mention NO STUPID LEEWAY on all your conversation with them and your initial drawing.
Another thing you should know about, the displayed prices are excluding VAT. So mind this after you design your product. They will add it upon approval.
The product quality however looks OK, but still not tested of course. Made in India.

Ordered 5 made to measure cushions for banquette seating. Communications very good (query re the filling), delivery quicker than agreed and most importantly, the product is fantastic - really pleased.

Incredible covers, im so glad ive found this company. I needed a bespoke cover for my mini hifi setup to stop dust etc from collecting and keep things looking new. Their website was very easy to navigate and choose what i wanted. I love the fact i can upload photos to show what i wanted. Within a short while of placing the order somebody wrote to me with drawings of my design and finalising things a few days later it was here. My only gripes would be if i could see more detailed photos of the materials, or get a free sample. And the toggles at the base are really large compared to overall size of cover. You could have used smaller toggles depending upon overall size of project. And my only other gripe would be to have more choice of colours for my cover. But i will still be back as they are great cover at a great price thank you.

An amazing service. I needed a bespoke cover for an orangery sky lantern which is a good size. The website explained how to measure and after submitting the measurements the designer asked me to re measure to their calculations which were in fact, perfect. Good communication and the product arrived in a timely manner and fitted exactly. Would highly recommend this company.

The custom size clear tarps we ordered look very good quality and were a very reasonable price with a good discount. I’ve only just hung them on our pergola so can’t comment on how long they will last but they look nice and fit perfectly. Very reasonable delivery timeframe and well packaged too

Had a bespoke forklift cover made. Good quality and very pleased.

Ordered made to measure gazebo blinds. Found the site easy to navigate and use. Fabric colours are not well represented on the site so getting samples is best if you want to match a colour. Pricing competitive. Not enough info about the size and shape of eyelets making it impossible to pre-order fixings and no fixings recommended or available on the site. Communication and delivery acceptable. Have noticed that some of the eyelets have not been assembled correctly so attention to detail could/should be improved otherwise appear ok quality but only time will tell.

I ordered two side covers. They were a very reasonable price and came in the exact measurements I ordered. I just found a few dark stain marks around the edge, and the grommets were not equally spaced apart; one was even missing.

Personal contact to confirm/clarify measurements and sign off by me. Excellent service!!

The protective leaf net is well made and came nicely packaged with its own bag. The plastic tube weights are generally effective but one of them split when it was being moved. The tubes weren't overly full so it must have been a manufacturing weakness. Nevertheless, the overall product looks good and is doing a great job protecting the pool from leaves and other debris.

lovely little waterproof cover for a solar panel in the garden all ordered, manufactured and delivered very quickly. Great service.
