I tried to cancel my subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription, but I was charged for another month. When I reached out to support. They couldn't give me any explanation or resolve the issue. Instead, I was told that I would receive an email shortly. I had requested a refund because I had canceled the subscription within the time frame, or so I thought. And when I finally recieved the email many hours later. All it stated was that my account had been canceled and that i would have access to it for this month. Never addressed my request for a refund.

Charged Without Approval
Charged £32 monthly without authorisation. When I noticed they said cancellation had to be made within seven days of the first payment. The £32 isn’t even a figure on their website for prices - when I challenged this, they said their prices had changed but couldn’t confirm when. Reported to Trading Standards and Consumer ombudsman.

SCAM. RUN!
They charged me without authorization on a weekly basis for more than four months before I finally noticed. Zero notice, zero confirmation, zero interaction. A product I never signed up for, on a pricing plan that does not exist on their website. A complete and total scam, a massively fraudulent business that should be shut down.
UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the responses to negative reviews. They do nothing but double down on their stance and refuse to correct harm done. There is no accountability.

It’s a scam company they charge you 40.00 canadian dollars and 34.usd without notice at first it’s just a trial period of 14 days for 2.99. There’s no way on this website if you can call customer service and only email which is trash. They keep deducting money from your acccunt and there’s no way you can cancel by yourself. Upon asking they refused to refund the amount.

Scammer company based in Estonia. They offered a $1.99/week basic plan. After two weeks, that automatically increased to $25/week with no notice (must be buried deep in the user agreement.) You have to cancel via email (ridiculous). Despite canceling over a week ago and assuring that there will be no more charges - I got charged again.
