Don't waste your time applying if you're a felon. But this review is more about the service. 1/29/24 went to the northwest office a woman started the application process when I was done I was attended by another person glanced through the application, I told him I had a forklift certification but he didn't bother to make a copy. He told me someone would call me in a few days. Two weeks went by and I emailed them, someone that same day called just to tell me I wasn't meeting their hiring cataria. Waste of time, that they I noticed that they were all preoccupied with another coworker birthday party. It's hard to find good service and people who actually care.

Sinia reached out to me off of an outdated resume, when I wasn’t in the market for a new role! She was persistent in her followup and we set up a call, thankfully! Sinia was amazing through the entire process. She helped me compensation questions, interview prep, and communication with the employer. Sinia’s followup was fantastic and she made this process very easy and left me with no doubt, that this was the new career opportunity for me!

Desde hace mas de una semana llevo llamando a la agencia y como por telefono siempre que pregunto me dicen: Is very slow right now! As if the only answer I can get is that one. Hoy volvi a llamar, la misma contesta. Ni me dicen nada en concreto. Pero cuando fui el Jueves en persona no habia nadie en la oficina, me atendio un señor llamado Rick que si me dijo, que volviera el lunes para poder hacer una cita para empleo. Mi pregunta es: Que significa : its very slow right now? You are not giving me any information whatsoever. On the contrary, it feels as if you just dont want to. Usually, they would say, check next week or come certain day to see if we have any openings. But, whoever is answering the phone: Is just not willing to work or help whoever is calling. Pesimo servicio! Its a shame!

Magnum Staffing at Wilcrest is the best staffing agency I have worked for. Mr. Travis and Ms. Liz are very professional. I always received my pay on time and delivered to my work. I highly recommend Magnum Staffing. They are awesome. Irma Martinez
