Having dealt with Couplands at Louth for a fair few number of years, we have had nothing other than 100% top level customer service. All the staff work extremely hard to ensure that you leave happy, whether it be purchasing a new or used caravan/motorhome or buying from their well stocked accessory shop. They're not the closest dealer to ourselves but we don't mind the 160 mile round trip to have customer service that is "next level". Highly recommended, if you're in the market for a new caravan would suggest giving them a call. Nothing to lose and a lot to gain !!

Booked my van in January for some repair work and a service. I was given a date Sat 28 of March to bring the Van in. Late on Fri 27th I received a phone call from Couplands to inform me That they were unable to carry out the repair on the body work on my van because they didn't have a sprayer available. It was suggested that they could carry out the service but I would have to bring the Van back at a later date to have the body work done. To say that I was unimpressed is understating it. Its a sixty mile round trip to get my Van to Couplands (Louth) As far as I'm concerned they have lost at least £1000 worth of business.

Bought my new Buccaneer Bermuda at the NEC shiw in October 25. Dave was brilliant giving me a great deal. Just picked it up today 11th March and the switch of caravans was top notch. What a character Wayne is, so customer focused and knowledgeable. Over the years I've bought 6 caravans from the former Robinsons site and now Couplands. I would recommend the team at Worksop to anyone considering buying a caravan. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Yet again buying from Couplands Worksop and collecting the caravan was another very pleasant and efficient experience. From the Salesman Mark who completed the paperwork quickly for the both old caravan and new purchase to Wayne who managed the Handover very professionally. Although we were buying another Coachman which had many familiar parts, Wayne explained everything to us in a careful & measured way making sure we were fully up to date with any changes.

Platinum 5* service from Coupland caravans and in particular Adam Jacklin. We recently purchased a brand-new Bessacarr 835. We are absolutely delighted with it. When we were not sure which layout to go for Adam took a great deal of time to explain the different layouts and work with us to determine which would be best for us. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, polite and kind. He was always at the end of the phone for any queries that we had he arranged for our caravan to be delivered to the north of Scotland at a very reasonable price. We never did a handover in person and Adam and his team were absolutely superb at explaining things over the phone and any questions we had. We have not had a single problem or any issues with the caravan. We could not be happier and we would never buy a caravan from any other dealership. We are enjoying our winter seasonal pitch and our Bessie is keeping us snug and warm even when it’s -15 outside it has an incredible heating system including underfloor heating! Bessacarr and Couplands really are the best.

from the first enquiring phone call to the visit and deal to the collection first class service . the hand over by ALLAN first class . traveled from SOUTH WALES for the deal because it was a good one.

We purchased a used caravan from Couplands at Worksop. From the first time we stepped foot on their site we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
They had no problem with us arranging an independent inspection of the caravan before we bought it. On arrival, our engineer was pleasantly surprised at how welcome he was made to feel. He told us that this is very rare amongst dealers.
When we collected the caravan, we were given a very comprehensive handover by Wayne. He is very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips that will really help us on our travels.
5 stars are definitely not enough for Couplands. Their customer service is second to none and I can't reccomend them enough.

Bessacarr 850 Initial sale and handover very good.
Since then its had a recall but the Couplands workshop team have been excellent in resolving minor problems.

Just had our annual service on our swift sprite caravan.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Couplands for going the extra mile and getting us on the road and home before dark.
We bought our caravan last December and the whole process was faultless and they were all so accommodating.
We travelled from Skipton to Louth branch and despite the distance it is well worth it!,
Nothing is too much trouble.
If you are looking for a first class family run dealer then look no further and it is well worth going the extra miles!!
Because Couplands staff certainly do.

Bought new motorhome from Couplands.
Le-Anne was very helpful with sorting the sale out for us, even ordering oven shelves and correct cab mat. The lady owner (sorry didn't get her name) organised a courtesy car for us to come home in and return following day when we called in with first niggle.
Mark who was very informative on the hand over and has since sorted another issue very efficiently

Last month we bought our caravan from Couplands Lincoln and we were so happy with the service! Chris dealt with our sale and was really helpful, answering all our questions about a new van and trading our existing one in. This is in contrast to the awful service we had with our first caravan a few years ago at a different dealership in Lincoln (not Couplands). We will always use Couplands now and recommend to any friends who are looking to buy a caravan or motorhome.

Bought a caravan from their Couplands Worksop branch. Excellent customer care from Mark the salesman to Alan who demonstrated how everything worked in the van etc. In fact it’s the best customer care I have ever received from a caravan dealer.

Recently part exchanged our caravan for a new Coachman 845 at Couplands, Worksop. We were very pleased with the service and support we received from ordering it in February to picking it up in May. Bought a caravan last week and picked it up today. Fantastic service from sales to the guys who valeted and did the handover and I must say that they all are a credit to the company, great caravan at a great price and with a 3 months warranty. From the moment we spoke with Dave Storey at Worksop he made us feel at ease. He made the deal for us which we were happy to accept. My work commitments meant I had to re-schedule pick up date. Not a problem for them. When the bank promised us there wouldn’t be a problem with the bank transfer, but there was, no problem. Handover day was dealt with by Alan. Very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Very professional company who look after the customer and listen to their requirements. Cannot recommend Couplands high enough. Restored our faith in dealerships and will return there for our servicing and any other needs. Absolute pleasure dealing with everyone both at Worksop and Louth where we went to see our caravan. 10/10.

Chris Long, the sales manager, did a great job pre-sale investing lots of time with us explaining the pros and cons of several campervans before we ordered the TrekkerX. He has since resolved a few build quality issues we brought to his attention in a very professional and timely fashion.
