It's a scam! The items received have nothing to do with the pictures shown in their website

I almost want to give 5 stars just for how good they got me. Folks, this is worse than any of those “Pinterest fails” pictures you’ve seen circling around. Their website advertises these cute, modern-meets-vintage sweaters and jackets but you’re in for a treat when you open every one of those individually wrapped items you bought (because, let’s be real, you probably went crazy with the spending just as I did when you got a look at all those other adorable-looking sweaters). I literally laughed so hard I cried when I opened the first bag. And that’s all it took. One package and I knew I had been got. The first “sweater” I got looks like someone who had only ever watched the cartoon “Rugrats” took the animation style and just freaking RAN WITH IT. Slap that design right on a heap of soft plastic-y material and, by golly, you’ve got yourself a sweater. I still haven’t received most of my order but I genuinely look forward to the fits of laughter and self-reflection it will bring as my online shopping life-lesson unveils.

I cannot give this company a lower rate or bad enough review.
You believe you are dealing with a Germany company, you are not, it is Chinese.
They are making cheap copies that have no resemblance to the ones you buy. The quality is extremely poor, the colour is totally different and even using their own size chart, they sizes are a joke....So you complain, their claim to have an easy return policy.
I bought a coat/cardighan which should have been midi-maxi length. It trails a foot on the floor and so cannot be used and is horrible sludge grey colour and is nothing like the one I paid for. All I will do is thrown it in the rubbish.
The always reply in German, even though you have set the language to English. First they offer a 15% refund and you can keep the hideous thing that is lurking in your house....BUT you must pay all the costs of returning the thing to China even though they sent out from a UK distribution centre. You only have 7 days to respond or they close the complaint!
Refuse and next they offer 25% and you still get to keep it "so you do not have all the hassle of returning the goods to China" QUOTE
You refuse and ask for return postage claiming it is not the item you paid for, their mistake, so they should pay postage.
This goes back and forth for several days until they ignore you...
So I opened a dispute with Paypal and the whole process began again. They have now agreed to refund in full but not until the goods are back with them in China, which I must pay for...Fool me once, by buying from them in the first place...Fools me twice...and that will be the last I see of the horrible item or any refund.
They operate this scam knowing that if they mess your about for long enough you will give up and go away...another successful rip off chalked up the them!
I am so sick and tied of being cheated by this type of dishonest online selling. It also spoils it for the genuine sellers.
You spend your money in good faith and are sent junk in return which doesn't work, damage, wrong/different in every way possible and then are faced with huge expenses and endless battles. I expect they bank on being able to earn millions before having change their name and operate under new one selling the same junk and ripping off another few million suckers like me!
This is nothing short of fraud!

I ordered a jumper and a jacket and I only recieved "the jumper". It is quite diffent from the one that appears on the pictures, moreover I have tried several times to complain about this and trying to return it and they do not amswer!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!!

Awful quality, impossible to make a return, if you are not satisfied with the product they offer 15% refund even if you got a wrong item, do not buy from here!

I spent 61 € including the shipping in two jumpers that looked lovely. That was September the 19th. I just got the delivery now (November, the 19th). The shipping says it’s 13-20 days and it was supposed to be from Germany. It’s from China. Only one of the ”jumpers” arrived, awful quality. Not even wool and terrible looking. When you text them on the email to make a refund they will only send you an automatic email, in German. I don’t think I could get my money back but I will leave my review here just in case it can help someone.

If I could give them a zero I would. I saw a jacket advertised on Instagram which I loved. The delivery was really slow and when I finally received it the quality was shocking. What was supposed to be a heavy fleeced jacket was a thin, polyester and missing dye in places so there were white specs everywhere. The pattern and colours were complete different which I pointed out to them in photos.
They are clearly taking photos from other businesses and selling a cheap knock-off from China.
I asked to return it and they just said I had to pay the custom and delivery charges to get it back to China (even though I ordered it from a German company) and that it wasn't worth it so I could have a 15% refund. I am pursuing this matter for false advertising and fundamentally sending me something I didn't order and then holding my money to ransom.

I would give it a -1 if it were possible. I ordered two things that in the photos were totally different than the cheap and low quality items that I got in the mail. Teaches a lesson, not to trust these internet companies unless you know where they are coming from or the quality is known to be good. It is shameful that they do not deliver the product that is shown in the photo. On Facebook, I have ready many that have had the same position. Beware of this company, they are a scam.

Scammers and cheaters. They dont have an address to be reached. Never get your money back.
the products at the picture are not the same what they sent.. The products they sent is rubbish.. not even worthy to send back... and they refuse to return your money..... They also operate under different names...showing beautiful pictures and sending rubbish.

This page is a scam of a Chinese company.
I bought thinking it was German but it is China.
What they send to me does not resemble what I bought in quality or materials. I bought a pullover and they sent me long-sleeved shirts imitating the colors.
Also, the return must be made to China and I have to pay for the expensive shipping and without knowing if the package will arrive and the money will be returned.
A total scam, DO NOT BUY

Products don't exist, they ship something random. Customer support is also a total fake.
If you look online for the same (fake) phone number they provide in the contact page, you will find other scam websites based on the same template.

This is a complete scam of a company. They have taken my money and I have not received my items and this was a few months ago. Their phone number does not work as I have tried to ring them and they lie to their customers. They take your money. The website is misleading and they have no respect or regard for people. They have ignored my emails.
Complete scam artists. Don't shop with them as you will never see your money again or what you tried to buy.
They are a disgrace, and I am so angry for what they have done to me.

Dishonest knock offs. Only vaguely like the pictures. PayPal don't seem to mind being associated. PayPal has said they will pay return costs though but will not refund without return to china . Disappointing waste of time.
