I did not complete the order process, read reviews AND in their "about us" section. It says no shipping " Free Shipping is provided to all the countries when your order amount up to $30." So I was going to be charged shipping for a $35 order. Reduced order to 1 item. Still the $9.99 shipping charge

Ik had een jas besteld. Krijg ik 3 maanden later een soort lap stof wat er totaal niet op lijkt.
Gemaild. Mail terug ontvangen dat ik het terug kon sturen of 10% terug kon krijgen. Na heel veel gedoe.
Maar dat vestje/lapje stof was echt totaal niet wat ik wou dus heb hem in januari terug gestuurd wat me dus totaal 60 euro heeft gekost en heb nog steeds niks ontvangen. In maart opnieuw gemaild. Toen gaven ze aan dat er nog niks binnen was en dat ze wachten op ontvangst.
Laatst weer gemaild om samen te zoeken naar een oplossing en nu reageren ze helemaal niet meer! Jammer!

Jamais reçu tout mes colis, un manteau ni fais ni à faire ce n’étais même pas celui j’avais commander , ce site ne sers strictement à rien , ah si arnaquer les gens !

SCAM - ARNAQUE TOTALE. Les articles ne correspondent en rien à la description. Ni les couleurs, ni les matériaux ne correspondent à ce qui a été commandé. Ils vous disent que vous pouvez renvoyer si vous n'êtes pas content, mais à vos frais et c'est eux qui décident s'ils vous remboursent ou pas! À FUIR COMME LA PESTE! Il faut déposer plainte auprès d'une instance officielle tellement c'est de l'arnaque!

Nul, archi nul : rien ne correspond à la description, tout est moche, mal coupé, du très bas de gamme !
Je n'ai pas reçu un colis et je n'ai pas été remboursé.

Keep well clear of this website. It appears to be a total fake. I ordered a jumper in August 2019 and finally gave up on it in January 2020. Hopeless customer service, apparently dedicated to confusing and upsetting the customer. Don’t order anything if you want to keep your sanity.

I'm really surprised because I'm quite sure I googled the website before I bought something and I didn't see these reviews!! It's completely HORRIBLE. I was waiting for 3 months and only one item from three arrived. But the worst thing is trying to communicate with them. They are answering me every 24 hours at 5 am and always different persons. They are just not answering my questions, the conversation makes no sense, and that's driving me crazy. They said that they can only refund the 40% of the money (info not in the website), but honestly, I don't know if I will get even that.

Las fotos de sus productos no tienen absolutamente nada que ver con los artículos que llegan. La peor calidad que me he encontrado, son unos auténticos estafadores. Además, si los quieres devolver no te sale a cuentas porque aunque escriben en alemán, la empresa está en China.
Ojalá hubiera leído antes estas opiniones, espero poder ayudar a alguien en su decisión de no comprar a estos indecentes y q vayan a pique.

HURRAH, I have finally got a refund of €25 for one of 2 garments.
I am now pushing them for the full amount.
It's worth continually pushing this company, cc consumer rights watchdogs, and sending them links to bad reviews. They count on folk giving up.
As I said before, there is no option on this system to give them no stars, so I am forced to give them one. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH THIS, AVOID THIS COMPANY & SPREAD THE WORD!

Ufattelig dårlig kvalitet. Billedet viste flot strik, modtaget vare i nylon med ‘strikprint’. Yderligere røg der told på. Værste firma nogensinde!

Koop NIKS van op deze site!!!! De kwaliteit van de kledij is waardeloos en lijkt in de verste verte niet op hetgeen je bestelt. Daarnaast moet je er ook nog eens héél lang op wachten. Als je vervolgens het artikel terug wil sturen, omdat het zodanig waardeloos is, krijg je te horen dat je het moet versturen naar een adres in Japan, waardoor de kosten enorm zullen oplopen. Je kan wel 15% terugkrijgen... OPLICHTERIJ ten top!!

I am so annoyed I have not read these reviews earlier! I completely agree with all this bad reviews! I ordered 3 items 2 months ago, still waiting for one of them and the first two are just horrible, awful quality and nothing like the online photos. I would have never ever bought this in a shop. Now I am trying to return this bloody items and they say I have to send it back to China and pay any extra duty costs!! What the hell! They offer 15% refund if I dont return them but I just don't like them at all. This is a FAKE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. We should warn everyone!!!

Zero stelle, non vale niente. Ingannevoli e truffatori. Ho aperto un reclamo per avere un rimborso, un articolo non ricevuto e un articolo ricevuto ma assolutamente non conforme al prodotto da loro messo in vendita, non va bene nemmeno da usare come straccio. Qualità pessima. Ti fanno credere di comprare dalla Germania invece arriva dalla Cina. Hanno altri siti con nomi diversi, sono anche su Instagram e su Facebook. NON COMPRATE DA QUESTI TRUFFATORI!!!
