Just like to say this is the best robe company, much better than the leading brand ( which I have), thanks for a perfect robe for wild swimming, and rainy days.

I love it...it's soft, best quality and it will last for ever!
I bought it even though I live in Italy and I would never go to swim in the cold...
The size chart and their advice our very helpful.
I bought my size so I can change in it because I wouldn't be using it to go for walks..if not just around the block in a rainy day with my dog. if you want to used it only as a coat buy the smaller size.

The quality exceeds my expectations
The quality exceeds my expectations. The shipping was fast leaving their warehouse and the robe was packaged well with clear care instructions. It is true to size and allows ample room for changing underneath.
If planning to wear as a coat, order a size smaller. Super warm!!

Hi Ali,
I'm sorry, but we don't offer the XXL size range at present as we tend to concentrate on the color range and new designs. Maybe we will consider it in future orders.

Hi Merce, we are very sorry that there seems to be an issue with the postage of your order. We will work quickly to try our best to resolve this but as I explained in our previous emails that we need to verify with Royal Mail first that there is an issue with the package before we can take any further action. We always ensure our customers receive what they ordered or compensation in the worst case that something is lost and the circumstances merit it. We will be in touch and again we are sorry about the issues. Team Coucon

Was dealt with and delivered quickly and easily. The robe exceeded expectations is much warmer than other brands and I have had so many compliments from others. Would certainly try other stuff in your collections. Am part of a cold water swimming group and others within the group are interested in the robes.

Gorgeous and Comfy!
I just received my Coucon changing robe in the beautiful aqua tie dye color and it’s gorgeous!! It is so well made and the interior is so warm and cozy! Living in Minnesota, I will wear this on trips to the lake as it perfect for swims on colder days. I will also wear it as a winter coat. I’m so glad your changing robes were featured on “Bad Sisters” as I loved seeing the sisters in these stunning robes and had to have one! Thank you for making such a beautiful and functional garment!

Incorrect shipping address
The item was sent to one of our home address's (not in the que) and not the intended gift address resulting in more shipping costs and time to forward. When discovered and prior to shipping was not able to be corrected. Suggest you double check the shipping address and refuse to pay for the item if the problem is not corrected.

Hi Rick, we are sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with shipping. Once an order has been processed and collected, it is not possible to change a delivery address, which is the case with most shipping companies. Unfortunately, this was a user error on your behalf by entering the incorrect shipping address and also contacting us 8 days after the order was placed to try and correct it - at this point, it was far too late, and the order was well on its way to you. Again, we are sorry you have had a bad experience but hope you can enjoy your robe either way. Many thanks, Team Coucon
