The mattress vegan value medium, is superb -
very supportive and comfortable.

My only criticism is that I the hard versions of vegan mattresses were not on display to try out. I had to guess at these and ended up choosing wrongly. I was given the impression that it would be very easy to change without much cost. I ended up paying £400 more for the change I made.

While we love our two mattresses we got from Cottonsafe and they are very comfortable, one of them failed after 2.5 years. This is not something I would have expected from an expensive mattress. The interaction with customer services was strange and confusing because it at first sounded like we had to pay for repairs, though we didn't have to in the end. We still had to pay £200 for transport of the mattress from us to their warehouse and back again.

My single mattress was instantly very comfortable. The lack of chemical smells was also a bonus. However, the mattress did have a very slight odour (not an unpleasant one) which went after a couple of days. I'm extremely happy with my mattress and will purchase more from this company in the future.

Delivery was delayed due to Christmas but good service. We were looking for firm mattress and it is what we were lookinh for.Comfortable mattress but the price range is high. I wish it was not so expensive so could afford to buy more.

Great customer service, very personal. Received an email to organise the delivery. The mattress is wonderful! I've been sleeping on it for 2 months now and I've never had a better nights sleep! I would recommend this company to everyone!

I bought a Vegan Futomat to avoid chemical treatments and animal products. After 2 years of almost daily use, it is still comfy. I do however, need to turn it over and plump it regularly for it to keep its shape, so it would not be ideal for a less-abled person. I have slept on a more comfortable matress, but I chose a thinner one to save cash, knowing there would be a trade-off.

I'm totally in love with this mattress. We couldn't afford one of the more expensive ones so I wasn't sure how good it would be, but it's turned out to be perfect. On the firmer side, but not too firm. It's quickly sorted out my lower back pain. I love the fact that it isn't full of chemicals (we ordered a beanbag just before the mattress and that was treated with fire retardant chemicals and smelt toxic for weeks!). Will only buy these mattresses from now on.

The mattresses are good. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars it's because of the shipping cost to Northern Ireland of £98 for 2 junior mattresses.

The Vegan mattress topper is high quality and just the job to sort out the Vegan mattress (should have bought a firmer one).

The King Size Appledore mattress has completely changed our nights sleep and I am so glad we bought one for ourselves! It is incredibly comfortable and it feels so luxurious I don’t want to leave it!
It was a long story but we had damp issues in our bedroom which meant we had to delay our mattress delivery. We then had transport issues with the bed frame and I can’t thank Jessica enough for her help and advice as well as being so accommodating with the change in delivery dates. The customer service really is second to none! I wouldn’t buy my mattresses from anywhere else. Fantastic product, fantastic people!

We were looking for a flame retardant free mattress a few years ago and visited the Cottonsafe showroom and had a really long conversation with Mark. We were very impressed by the company's commitment to and knowledge of the harm caused by flame retardants, and how to produce a flame retardant free mattress that meets the UK's stringent "match test". Their mattresses are truly "chemical-free", and they don't just pay lip service to it, they are committed not only to that but also to lobbying to change the industry for the better, which I am very happy to support.

On top of that their mattresses are excellent quality! We tried lots of mattresses that day in the showroom and settled on the Widecombe medium. It is the most comfortable and supportive mattress we have ever slept on! We love it! We recommend the mattress to everyone!

Years later, it has really stood the test of time and is still like the day we bought it. So we are now looking to buy more which has prompted me to place this review. We haven't considered anyone else for our new mattresses, we've found the holy grail of mattresses!

When we've had to contact Cottonsafe their Customer Service has always been excellent, with prompt, polite responses, and detailed information provided. They obviously really care about what they do and their customers.

Absolutely love our sons mattress for his new bed.
