Needed a new hall carpet for rented property. Staff in the store were very helpful on advising on suitable carpet for rental property at a reasonable price. Carpet fitter arrived on time to fit carpet very pleased with service .Have used cosy carpets for a previous sale would recommend .

Great service, and excellent fitting of quality carpet

We have recently had some flooring fitted in our bathroom and and would highly recommend cosy carpets.
There was really good range of flooring to choose from, Lauren was very helpful and payment was easy. The flooring was fitted within a week and Tom, who fitted it, did an excellent job.

Very fast & efficient service for start to finish.
Friendly staff that kept us up to date with all aspects of the service.
Great fitter done to a high standard and cleared up well after he had finished.

I do not usually leave reviews, however, I wanted to big up a local company. We were offered a home visit within one working day with Shaun, who was friendly and helpful. They have an excellent range of products from budget, mid-range through to high-end. There was no hard sell and we could test samples in our home. The fitting was booked quickly. The fitter, another Shaun, was excellent, efficient and left the rooms spotless when done. Payment was easy. All in all, a friendly, efficient and very affordable service.

Thanks to Lauren at Cosycarpets, and for writing all the qoutes..lol, but we got there in the end, a great local company to do business with & when you move here from another area it's nice to find a company you can trust. A massive shout out to Paul our fitter who has done a great job, although he does like his tea, but only kidding, he didn't stop to be fair, so thanks to all concerned with Cosycarpets....amazing guys.

Do not use! We spent alot of money with this company and the fitters are shambles! We had 4 rooms fitted with new carpets and underlay, the guy who measured, measured one room 5foot to small so had to wait for a new carpet to be delivered and refitted. 1 fitter used glue to put the carpet down in the lounge and covered my carpet in glue so i had to clean them to get it off 🙄🙄. The next set of fitters damaged my freshly painted walls and spilt coffee all down my freshly painted walls in the hall way. I rang to complain and all I got was a measly apologies from the fitters and was told to have the carpets fitted before decorating 🙄🙄, everyone knows you have the carpets fitted last. Still waiting 6 weeks later for a response to what they are going to do about my damage walls. Terrible after sales!! Stay well clear. We shall not be using them for the rest of my home so they now lost out on alot more money from us for there terrible attitude to dealing with complaints!

Extremely pleased yet again with a second room being refitted with a wonderful carpet. I used the home service and was particularly delighted with how obliging the company were when I had to at short notice reschedule the delivery and fitting. Will use the company again.

Not having to visit the showroom is a great idea. Phoned on the Saturday and received a call back same day, appt arranged for the following week for the home visit and 5 days later carpet was fitted. Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. No upselling at all, quoted me for exactly what I asked for. Would completely recommend

This is our go-to company for carpets now (after using a Bury St Edmunds based company for a year or so, but the fitter was very unfriendly and negative). All the people who work at Cosy Carpets are friendly and efficient, their pricing is competitive and the fitters are excellent.
