Since I first got in touch, I was really happy with how I was treated. The whole process of the booking was straightforward. When it was time for my consultation, I was quite nervous, considering how uncomfortable and unhappy my breasts made me, and knowing I had to have them examined wasn't pleasant. However, Miles Berry made the appointment far less difficult for me to cope with than I was expecting, as he was very understanding and made me feel at ease, while remaining very much professional and somewhat blunt (but in a much needed and respectful way). Shortly after the appointment, I had a date for surgery.

When the day for my surgery arrived, I was super excited. Nerves hadn't kicked in yet in the morning. I got a phone call from the hospital and they told me that they had a patient that had to cancel, so they requested I come in earlier than the said time. I was pretty happy about that as it meant less time for suspense and anxiety to build. When I arrived, I was taken to my room by a nurse who was super welcoming and just generally a really lovely person. She told me what was going to happen so nothing came unexpected and it made me feel relaxed. Miles Berry then came in with this nurse and drew where my incisions would be. He showed me and made sure I understood the process and made sure I was happy with everything.

After having been marked for surgery, the nerves started kicking in. I had another wonderful nurse who reassured me and really cared and supported me. It wasn't much longer after that I then walked into theatre and lay down on the operating table ready for my anaesthetic. The entire environment within the theatre was pretty nice and quite chill. Even that was a pleasant experience 😅

After waking and going back to my room, the nurses were lovely and helped me get comfortable in my bed. They were super accommodating with my anxiety and the nerves I had around eating food for the first time after anaesthetic, as I was scared I'd vomit. They advised me on how to approach food and water and allowed me to eat it once I felt ready. Thankfully I didn't vomit and the food itself was actually really tasty.

Over the night I had some wonderful nurses that would do the routine checks and made sure I didn't need anything. The next morning they got me some nice breakfast and Miles came to visit me once more, making sure he was happy for me to go home. All was well and I went home shortly after.

I had a couple of worries in the first few weeks that I'd email the team about and ask for advice, they always responded in little time and were super helpful.

Overall I'm so grateful for how I was treated, my stay, my surgery results and just my entire experience. Couldn't be more thankful to the entire team.

Miles Berry is such an amazing surgeon, and I am just so pleased that I decided to go with him and his team. He was my first preference as a surgeon due to the results I saw online (thin, straight scars, cis appearance, cis nipple placement). I am more impressed with my results than I thought was ever possible. I had a complication the morning after surgery which required a second surgery - due to absolutely no faults of Dr Berry or his team. I felt completely at ease and fully informed of everything that was going on, and why.
Julia (the clinic manager), is such a welcoming and kind person, I felt at complete ease when talking to her, and she has been incredibly incredibly helpful in any and all emails we had. She truly wants you to have the best possible experience, and that is so evident when you speak to her.
The team at the London Welbeck Hospital are all absolutely amazing and lovely as well. They listened to me, helped me feel comfortable, joked around with me, and were extremely comforting to my mum (who called up about every hour!!) as she was very anxious about me having a major operation by myself.
I am now 6 weeks post-op and I am in love with my results. Miles Berry was extremely informative and answered all my questions at my 6 week appointment. I will forever be eternally grateful for Miles Berry, his team, and the team at the London Welbeck Hospital. I can not thank him, everyone in the surgery room, recovery room, and all the nurses and staff enough.
Miles Berry has made my body into something which I can feel pride about, no longer have to hide, and can finally live my full life without a constant overwhelming dysphoria. I am finally wearing t-shirts instead of hoodies, and my ribs are no longer in pain from 24/7 binding. I want him, and anyone reading this, to know that Miles Berry has done so so much more for me than he can comprehend.
I have never felt such peace.

I have had a great experience with Cosmetic Surgery Partners. I had my consultation at the end of October and shortly after I got my surgery date for the 17th of January. The whole process was very straightforward, I went to the Fitzrovia hospital where I was look after by a lovely team who were there throughout the night. As long as you stick to the post op guidelines and do not partake in strenuous activities you should have no problems. That being said, I highly recommend Miles Berry as I could not have asked for better results and done in such a short period of time.

From the start I felt very safe, Mr. Douglas is the most patient, calm and serious surgeon that thinks longterm and about what will benefit you as a patient the most. He really listens and you feel he has all the time in the world for you, explaining in details. Few surgeons do that. He is not someone who will suggest procedures that is not necessary either. The team at cosmetic surgery partners are adorable. The follow up wonderful. And health and safety is number one, made me feel like a star as well. I will recommend Andrew Douglas, absolutely skillful when it comes to facial implants and fat grating.
