I had a Lipoabdominoplasty with Mr Jalali. I had a big belly after two C sections. All i wanted was a flat tummy and to be able to wear a dress.
I had my surgery in 2023 but never got a flat tummy. I was asked to do excercises to achieve it after the surgery. I did go on a diet and did excercises but never got the flat tummy. I lost weight but the tummy. It is very upsetting to see my self in the mirror and to see you still have a big tummy after all the risks taken and so much money spent.

I went to Mr Jallali with large boobs and wanting a breast reduction. I had been considering it for years and was very nervous. I found Mr Jallali online and am very pleased to say he is as good as all the reviews say. The procedure is invasive and it does take time to recover but I was given all of the support and information I needed to feel at ease. I also now have perfect boobs! My main concern was symmetry and Mr Jallali listened and delivered. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about it.

My very recent experience of having breast reduction surgery with Mr Jallali has been entirely positive to date. I saw a number of potential surgeons and Mr Jallali stood out as being less concerned about social media views and more concerned about explaining the functional benefits of a breast reduction. He was reassuring and calm at all times and very willing to answer questions and address my concerns. His approach was exactly what I was looking for.
In addition to feeling very confident in him, I was very happy with the overall experience as his office, looked after by Debbie, was so professional and super efficient, while being warm and personable. The surgery itself was far less painful than I expected which may be explained by the technique Mr Jallali uses but also the recovery was far less problematic than I expected (as long as you do as you are told which I mostly did!).

This surgeon is a magician! I cannot thank him enough for giving me as my husband says ' the perfect breasts' I had been considering having a breast reduction for about twenty years, only this year did I take this seriously because it tied in with my wanting to renew my wedding vows abroad and wear a nice dress without all the stress that comes with having large breasts in finding one and so I started researching surgeons. I spent a long time reviewing and looking at images. I considered going to doctors in the USA, I'd seen on social media, and spending a week there. I didn't care as long as I felt I had the best person for what I needed. I literally typed in 'the best breast surgeon in the UK' and Dr. Jallali was one of the names that came up, so I went to see him and three other surgeons, two of whom were female and well respected; they all had great reviews. I did not like the manner or the ego of the other surgeons I had met especially the women. I think it is crucial in the decision-making process to trust your gut about a surgeon; you must feel comfortable. Dr. Jallali was respectful, humble, and as soon as I met him, I knew I could trust him, and his quiet confidence made me feel confident I was in the right hands. Even after making up my mind, I trawled through endless before-and-after images to make sure I was making the right decision. I can wholeheartedly say that no other surgeon in London matched the quality of Dr. Jallali's before-and-after photos. I could tell that his work was of a perfectionist, not only did he reduce the breast size, but the shapes that he is able to achieve are appealing and sexy. And when I showed my husband numerous before-and-after photos from many surgeons, he preferred Dr. Jallali's results. I think this is key; many plastic surgeons can reduce breast size, but not to the same level of visual appeal or neatness. I work in the photography industry, so I have a keen eye when looking at images. The other thing I noticed with his before and after images were how neat the incisions were, and how well they faded after a few months. I thought I would want a female surgeon, but with Dr. Jallali, the end result is more visually appealing, and he was more sensitive to my needs than the female surgeons I consulted with. I went ahead and had the operation which was straightforward and the easy part before the road to recovery, I felt I was in very safe hands and well looked after and the procedure went to plan. Just to mention also that Dr Jallali recommended liposuction to the breast sides to remove excess fat I am so glad I followed his advice as it looks so much better than before! None of the other surgeons mentioned that to me, if you're paying that much for the reduction you might as well do it properly. I liked that there were no drains or that I had to stay in hospital as Dr Jallali encourages movement to prevent complications, it was nice to be back in the comfort of my own home. Parking was very easy near the hospital, so my husband was able to pick me up and drop me off easily in London and stay with me. Afterwards, of course, it was hard with the first two weeks of recuperation and getting my head around my new breasts, but Dr. Jallali and Debbie, his assistant, have been available night and day to speak about any concerns I had, or to check my healing process. This has been key for me to have that reassurance, even when I was panicking about swelling (which is normal) or anything else Dr. Jallali's confidence in his own work and the results made me feel better. In 2 weeks healing was underway, 3-4 weeks nearly there with healing, 4-6 weeks I could really start to feel more normal especially after the 6 week mark the improvement was amazing as were my breasts. It's a process of patience and following the aftercare. After about 8 weeks I could see the full results, they are an amazing shape and size I went from a 36J to a 36D and that is the right shape for my frame. I thought I would want to be a C cup, but Dr. Jallali took into account my frame and body shape to work with me when I told him I wanted breasts like Liz Hurley! I think mine are actually better than hers now. I am so so happy that I went with Dr Jallali's advice, one of the best decisions of my life I am so happy with my new breasts, the size, shape and nipples which have recovered so well, and it has given me so much confidence. I am glad I did not go smaller, that may have been too much of a shock. My new breasts are perky, and for the first time in my life I don't have to wear a bra! It's incredible. Dr Jallali is a great trustworthy surgeon and a lovely person, I completely trust him and you know you are not just getting your surgery but all the follow up necessary. His PA Debbie whom is also lovely is at the end of the phone for any concerns or questions. Excellent experience with Mr Jallali removing a large mole on my face. Great communications with his secretary Debbie. I felt in very good hands. Everything was perfect and on time.
