Genuinely can’t believe how useful this tool is. I have eczema behind my elbows and on my legs, I used to scratch so bad it would leave cuts and bruises all over my body. After a week of using it I can’t believe how my skin had healed and calmed down.

Do not accept returns once opened. No scratching sensation what so ever even with the rough ball. Stick to a hairbrush this is a scam

Just to clarify for you and others reading — the Bumpy Ball is designed specifically for smaller areas such as fingers and hands. For larger areas like arms, legs, back or chest, our Scratch Star is the more suitable option, as each tool is created for a different scratching sensation.
We can also reassure you about quality: all Cosi Care products are designed in London and built from scratch to medical device standards. They’re made with aluminium finished in a custom biocompatible coating and FDA-grade silicone, thoroughly tested for skin safety. As we are MHRA registered, quality and safety are extremely important to us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened products, which is why our policy is clear on this. That said, we’d really love to understand more about how you used the product so we can offer tips and ensure you’re getting the best results. We’re always happy to help and support in any way we can.

Unfortunately didn't work - No refunds
Bought the scratch star but did nothing for my eczema. It didn't feel like scratching unfortunately, so the product didn't work. I should have checked before but their refund policy specifies that you're not allowed to open the box. So there is no way to try it and return if it doesn't work, which makes sense as it doesn't. Just holding it was enough to realise £55 is an absurd price for "medical grade" plastic and metal. Would have been worth it if it worked though. Wouldn't recommend.

The Scratch Star is designed for larger areas like arms, legs, hands, chest and back, and works best with a moisturiser so it glides smoothly while still giving that fingernail-like relief.
Just to reassure you on quality — it’s made from aluminium with a custom biocompatible finish and FDA-grade silicone, both tested for skin safety and chosen to be durable, safe and clean. As we’re MHRA registered, material choice and safety are really important to us.
