2021 and 2025 Purchases

I bought the scratch star and scratch attack roller in 2021!
These items are still in perfect working order. The star stays in the freezer.

I've come back today (Nov 2025) to order a bundle for my niece but I'm going to keep the finger one. It is an ideal handbag size and great for work.

This is a brilliant product range.

Since I bought mine three years ago, I'm now in the peri menopausal era so you can imagine my eczema and hot flushes. The star straight out of the freezer onto my skin is bliss!

UPDATE after receiving my 2025 order.

I got the finger scratch system and it is sensational!

I have thick eczema on my jawline and chin. Normally I end up scratching with my sleeve which makes it sore. The cooling element and ease of use because of the roller its brilliant.

An excellent addition to your Cosi Care range.

I could do with another one in the car and one on my desk!. I keep mine in my handbag. Small but powerful 💛

Poor communication, poor delivery

They kept pushing the delivery back without telling us and it finally arrived just before Black Friday, by which point there was a 30% sale on. If we had just waited we could have gotten it with the same delivery date but 30% cheaper. Crappy.

It took my team and I three weeks of daily work to untangle the issue and get customers’ orders moving again. This was an unforeseen warehouse issue, but your experience is on us and we’re doing everything possible to make sure it’s properly resolved for you.

I fully understand how upsetting the delay was, especially when your order finally arrived right as our 30% Black Friday offer began. Missing out on a better price because of our fulfilment issue would frustrate anyone.

6 weeks on, I still haven’t received my item…

Update: response received to my email this morning with tracking assuring me my item had been dispatched, claiming that because I’d used Clearpay there was ‘no email attached to my order’ so I wouldn’t receive a confirmation email. Funny that, because I’ve got a confirmation email from me placing the order and other companies I’ve used Clearpay with manage to have my email address.

On further investigation, the item was dispatched at 3:11am this morning, after I’d left this review, could be a coincidence…most likely isn’t.

I will not be using them again and I won’t be recommending them either, even if the product is wonderful (which I hope it is after this faff).

Ordered on the 16th of October. Item was a pre order (which was fine) however it didn’t arrive, I had to chase customer services after 3 weeks to see if there was a problem. I was told no stock, but there will be stock next week and my item will be with me soon. The following week came and went, I looked on the website and noticed that the item I had purchased was still on a pre order this time with a dispatch date of the 23rd of November. I contacted customer care again, this time I was told that they really did think there would be stock on the earlier date and as a thank you for my patience they’d prioritise dispatch/postage of my item as soon as it was in stock on the 23rd.

It’s now the 25th of November. No dispatch email and no email from customer care. I have requested a refund.

Waiting 6+ weeks for an item without unprompted communication is unacceptable.

Update:
Following my original review about delayed dispatch and difficulties getting a response, Cosi Care reached out to me and offered a resolution, which I have now accepted. I appreciate their willingness to address the issues.

Original review summary:
My order placed on 10 October was repeatedly delayed despite being shown as in stock, and I initially struggled to get clear and honest communication. This was especially difficult for us because the product was recommended by our dermatology nurse to help manage our six-year-old’s severe eczema symptoms.

Final thoughts:
While the delays caused real stress at a time our family was already struggling, I’m grateful that the company ultimately responded and resolved the situation in a considerate way. I hope this helps other customers and also supports Cosi Care in strengthening their communication going forward, as their products can make a genuine difference for families dealing with eczema.

Well it isn’t here - edit with Cosi Care Response - AVOID.

It never showed up.

Edit from a no show order on the 6th of November. The only good things to come from this is I an hopefully getting my money back.

After following up with them on facebook, I felt it was worth updating my experience. Considering it was the sole founder who claimed to reply.

Their warehouse lost stock, and they didn’t bother to update up, and now it’s the warehouses fault? Take some accountability.

The fulfilment mistake itself wasn’t my main issue, things go wrong, that’s normal. The problem was the lack of communication. Customers shouldn’t have to hunt down answers on social media to find out why their order hasn’t arrived.

As a business that has clearly taken in a substantial number of orders (and therefore a substantial amount of revenue), having a basic customer-update process in place is expected. Instead, I (and others more than likely) have been left completely in the dark until I chased, I only discovered the wider issue through Trustpilot reviews, not from the company directly.

Pointing to the warehouse doesn’t resolve the fact that communication sits with the business, not the supplier. This is standard practice for any company, small or large.

I genuinely hope they take this learning forward, because poor communication, not the fulfilment error, is what damaged the brand sentiment here.

Massively recommend!!!!

I really can’t overstate how much the Scratch Star has helped my eczema during a nearly two year flare up. Obviously the skin still gets red and itchy, but I’m now able to scratch to my hearts content without damaging my skin. Incredible product, and I had zero problems with customer service!

Ordered a hand scratcher on 24th…

Ordered a hand scratcher on 24th October , it’s now 4th November and no item or tracking info, I’m hoping this is a legitimate site ?

I am now updating this review as the company have been in touch and due to stockissues have refunded me

I will attempt to re order once they have resolved this

The product itself is a great relief…

The product itself is a great relief for when my eczema is at the point where my skin is completely broken and damaged. It does provide relief, mainly for areas that aren’t boney. The only improvement would be for it to come with the case as it’s often inconvenient for me to take out and about so I damage my skin when out of the house

The Scratch Star and Case.

The Scratch Star is a great little gadget that really works for my daughters eczema. Both the Star and the case are made from good quality material and Customer Service is excellent too. Highly recommend.

Different things work for different people - I'm unconvinced

I've had the scratch star and cover for about a month now and I'm unconvinced, particularly with the price. The product is very well made, robust and good quality, although I really think it should be sold as a package with the cover. For me however, the star only vaguely helps with the itch - the bumps don't provide close to the same relief as fingers. The bumps could do with being more pronounced to provide itch relief and could perhaps even be made out of resin like a scalp massager. It's expensive for something that doesn't quite do what it claims. I'm not certain it was worth it for me, but eczema relief is a personal experience and different things work for different people.

Money well spent, desperate!

So far, so good. Nothing can stop the itch, but the scratch star stops the damage. I’m now waiting for the roller ball for my fingers, as the star is quite chunky.
What a shame you have to buy the cover separately, surely be better to sell as a unit as I guess it’s important to keep the bumpy side hygienically clean.

Scratch Star Amazing

🌟 Scratch Star 🌟I cannot rave about this product enough… feels amazing on my eczema and TSW ridden skin… I put mine in the freezer for extra coolness especially when going through a flare… the bumps feel amazing and does exactly what it is designed to do!! I wasn’t sure on which item to choose from. So I read all items and decided on the star. I could appreciate all the hard work and quality materials which are used in this item, which does reflect the price. Item arrived super quick, fab customer service which responded to me as soon as I bought the item and I chose the wrong colour. Very happy and look forward to any new products

They blocked me on TikTok…

They blocked me on TikTok when asked why so cheap on Temu ckaommed theirs were made themselves didn't like it when I said supplied by other companies and put together in Beverley where I live total scam.

A Game-Changer for Dry, Itchy Skin Relief.

I use the Cosi Care Scratch Star daily, and I genuinely don’t know how I managed without it. As someone who suffers with dry and itchy skin, the constant itchiness can be both frustrating and exhausting, especially when scratching risks damaging the skin further. This clever little device has completely changed that.

The design is thoughtful, the quality is excellent, and it’s become a staple in my self-care routine. Whether I’m winding down in the evening or just need quick relief during the day, I always keep it within reach.

Great service

Great service, would recommend!
I decided to buy the scratch star having suffered with psoriasis, I have actually found it more useful for my LB who often gets irritating heat rash.
I was also fortunate to win the puffer ball on an insta giveaway, this is useful for the psoriasis on my scalp.
