The moving team was fantastic. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently to pack our belongings into the van, taking a lot of care of our possessions.

The team was friendly and helpful, and made the whole process very smooth.

We will absolutely recommend Cos Freight to friends and family in future.

We called last minute at a busy time of year, but Silvia was brilliant and managed to fit us in. She talked me through the process and was always there to answer any questions. The quote was in line (or cheaper) than others we had received. The team packed and moved us over 2 days and it was really stress-free for me. I was worried about the time, but they had everything under control and the house was done by 12pm as agreed. All of the furniture was dismantled and put back together. A friendly and efficient team - thank you.

What a superb team they are at Cos Freight. From my first dealings with Gordon to the last minute they were unloading at our new house I cannot emphasize just how brilliant they were. Nothing was too much for these guys and they didn't damage or lose a single item. Everything was cared for as if their lives depended on it. We also used their storage facility for 2-3 weeks which again was seamless. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The removal guys were all very professional but we all had a good laugh through the days we worked together. The best part was that they were one of the cheapest quotes I got. Some other (supposedly larger) companies were quoting almost double what Cos Freight charged. There were no hidden charges, just a first class performance... Thank you so much to you all!!!

Great service from start to finish. Professional service in providing the quote and full terms and conditions provided. Phone call on the morning to tell me they were on the way and arrival at 8am. All packed up by 11am and no pressure whilst waiting for keys to the new house. Efficient, professional and friendly.

Zayn was incredibly helpful as we prepared for an international relocation from the UK to the US. He took time to understand our requirements and provided a competitive quote. He was responsive to any questions I had. Unfortunately our move was cancelled so we didn't experience the move with COS but I had spoken to previous customers who were glowing of their services. If our move goes ahead again I'll definitely be using COS Freight.

Great Move
We had an amazingly smooth house move with COS freight. Zayn was magnificent throughout. He was very helpful and accommodating all the way, responding promptly to every question. The moving team were also prompt, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend this team. Reasonable price too.

Couldn't speak more highly of Cos Freight. Efficient beyond belief, helpful, polite, conscientious and friendly. They made an across-London house move painless and, dare I say, even enjoyable. Their quick, careful work made it possible for us to have ten minutes to say goodbye to our old home without feeling stressed or overwhelmed and, when we got to the new property, they waited until the previous tenants had (late) vacated the property before moving us in. A can-do team that I would personally recommend to anyone. Plus, the second-hand boxes were brilliant!

Gordon at Cosfreight was great from the word go. I had not moved for many years and he took me through the process well. We had to change the Completion date a few times to accommodate the needs of the chain and this was done with aplomb. The move itself went smoothly. A very hard working and professional team did a long distance move with speed and care. I highly recommend Cosfreight.

I can't thank them enough, from start to finish they were brilliant, and competitively priced. It was a long distance move and turned out to be the least stressful part of the whole house buying process. The team on the day were polite, organised and kept up good communication. The houses and my furniture were really well taken care off, with beds/dining table dismantled and reassembled. I was anticipating at least something going amiss or getting broken but all arrived OK, they did a final walk around and shifted a few bits of furniture for me. Really impressed.

Working over the phone with Paula was great, we got the items listed and quoted. The price was one of the best prices. And on the day the guys arrived on time and put down mats and wrapped things well for the move.

I got out all the assembly guides for the furniture, but they also only dismantled the beds. Other big items were shipped in one piece including a solid wood table which was expensive, and harrowing watching them manoeuvre it around both properties.
Amazingly these items weren't damaged, but the walls of our new home were dented and scratched as these items were moved in one large piece.

I did push for them to at least take the legs off, but only one of the guys spoke English, so advising which items to take, or to be careful with things was hugely restricted by not being able to talk to the team.

Overall the process was quick, nothing was lost, and no items were damaged. But on a busy and stressful day, it would be nice to be able to talk to the guys moving your life's possessions.

The team were easy to deal with. We're not pushy but very helpful. On the day the removal guys were amazing. Fully recommend.

I cannot recommend Cos Freight highly enough. From the initial contact to the move day everything was handled extremely well. I would particularly highlight the team that moved us on the day who were hard working, professional and friendly.

Amazing service! This company jumped in at the last minute when my original company double their agreed quote a week before my move date. Not only did Cos Freight complete the move with care and attention to detail, they did it for less than the previous companies first quote. Moving can be an extremely stressful experience but Paula and the crew made it seamless. An extremely professional company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
