Item wasn't working properly and all i had do was send picture in email and had replacement in 3 days

Wait till you read this! I bought 3 Cork Genius products last year or maybe late 2020. I gave two as gifts and kept the third so I could open my own bottles of wine. A few weeks ago I noticed that the pumping mechanism wasn't working so I wrote an email asking how I could fix it. Nancy from Customer Service wrote back "Oh, No. Good thing there is a lifetime warranty." She asked for a photo and when she received it, immediately sent me a new one. Now THAT is customer service!

I have yet to receive my replacement, please check on the delay.

I love everything about Corkgenius. Thier customer service is quick, and informative. They provide you with all details and the opportunity too discuss any issues. They make life easy with understanding thier product, submitting an issue, contacting them and follow up once completed. Gold Standard company!!

My cork genius opener quit working but I emailed and a new one was sent right out!

Nothing but praise for the unbelievable customer service. We had wine opener that stopped pressurizing. Sent email about process and a new one was shipped almost immediately.

I purchased a Corkgenius several years ago and one day it just stopped working. It kept loosing pressure and would no longer expel a cork from a wine bottle. I emailed customer service and they immediately got back to me on the steps I needed to take to receive a free replacement. The replacement came within days. I can't say enough great things about the product and the customer service who stand ready and able to address all concerns and assist as needed. Thank you Corkgenius!

I just got to try out your CorkGenius and it works great. I bought one for my granddaughter's 1st wedding anniversary as they are wine drinkers. I have told a lot of people about it and gave it rave reviews to everyone who isa wind drinker.

Your service was excellent. Unfortunately the products don't seem to be tested for quality control. Of the 3 Cork genius wine openers you sent as replacement for the 3 I had purchased and worn out, 1 was defective. It is so loose it won't do anything. In fact, i'm surprised it's in 1 piece. So, big disappointment for me.

I love it! Used it last night for the first time and so much easier than the traditional corkscrew.

Bought 3 of these for gifts awhile back but because I had a electric one I didn't get one for myself. everytime I would visit my friends they had so much fun opening their bottles. I had to have one. Love it.

I expected this product to work better than it does. It only work sometimes I am very disappointed.

Had a unit that stopped working. Contacted Cork Genius and they sent me a new replacement immediately, no questions asked!!

Great product!!!!! Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!! I had problem with my 2nd order and it was immediately taken care of with above and beyond customer service once it was bought their attention.
