Broke within a year.

Stopped working, took pictures, expected a replacement and was told I had to go through the vendor from whom I purchased it. Since I got it at a home show, had no way to contact vendor. What good is a lifetime warranty if it's not honored?? Won't even respond now to email with questions. Terrible service!!!

Got my replacement and it broke It doesn’t pump. Used it twice.

Our corkgenius stopped working. The customer service was responsive, helpful, and clear about getting the replacement. Everything happened in a very timely way.

ive ordered two cork genius openers,both of them will not work at all. in the past the ones ive ordered have all worked. the last two will not work at all

My cork remover stopped working recently. I sent an email to Cork Genius requesting a replacement. All I had to do was attach a photo of the broken one. In a short period of time I received my new cork remover in the mail. Love how Cork Genius stands behind their products.

Love our Cork Genius-Easy and fun. When my first one no longer worked after 6 months of frequent use,I reached out to customer service. They told me there is a lifetime warranty and quickly replaced it. Then, after putting this one to the test frequently, it gave up the ghost. Reached out and they continue to honor their warranty. Downside-I hate waiting to open wine for me or guests without the CorkGenius. It just makes me (and guests) smile!

I have had 2 fail, and no one can tell me the reason

This company seems to be running a scam on careless customers.

Their cork machine is either poorly designed or poorly manufactured. They seem to have lousy products and need to recoup their costs.

They sell “two-for-one”, hoping at least one will work. If neither work, the customer can either accept the “lifetime warranty” that their customer service pushes OR incur shipping costs to return the defective merchandise.

INTENTIONALLY SENDING BROKEN PRODUCTS IN EXCHANGE FOR CASH IS FRAUD.

They want your money, that’s all. Their product is a “looks pretty, doesn’t work” Chin-I-fied fraud that might work by accident.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS AND DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

My corkgenius stopped working, so I email a picture of it to the Company and the promptly sent me a new one! Very easy and prompt warranty service! Impressive in today’s world! Thank you Corkgenius!!!

We were excited to start using it having thrown our old fancy ones away. Last night we tried to open a bottle and what a fizzle. We had to borrow someone's camping hand screw type. Voila! Success! Cheers! Now maybe it was because it was one of these fake corks. Could that have been the problem??

First off I love my Air Jet bottle opener. When it failed replacement was super easy, Send in a photo (proof I own it,) and they shipped a free replacement right away.

I bought AirJet Essentials Wine Sets for my friends.

I would give it 5 stars, however, I'm sorry to say it isn't a quality product. In my experience, it had a 3 in 5 (60%) failure rate.

3 stars because it has a lifetime warranty. They just send you a new one. They basically have no QA, no return policy.

The problem is that on 3 of the units, it was hard to pump at first. It seems that the inner seal gets displaced and no longer resists, no air gets pumped, it doesn't and never worked. Perhaps it isn't lubed enough and fails, I don't know.

Does not work. Pumped many many times. Nothing!!
