Terrible company. Scammers with no proof, they will manipulate any information you provide to cancel your claim. I have cancelled my policy because of them.

To tell a customer that your Internet is down for the last 3 weeks and with no knowledge of when it will be up again and that they cannot process any claim until it is back up again is unbelievable and so unprofessional that you begin to wonder what sort of micky mouse company they run
How can anybody have confidence in a so called company like this
Do the employees have to bring in a lump of coal and write with a quil?????

The guy who came to fix my car on Tuesday was so helpful, really nice. Car took a bit longer than expected but he kept me updated with what was going on. Great service! Thank you for making it so easy!

Driver name unknown possibly Josh S? He drove a white sprinter KM72 WDT. He was the most efficient, professional and honest person to do a job like this. He was on time, concise, knowledgable and had spectacular customer service. He did a key replacement job in 90 minutes for a car with no key and a BMW at that which are the hardest to do. He was superb and an asset to your company. Pass our thanks to him as he has saved us a whole lot of bother. We are grateful and thankful for his time.
