I had va very good experience with this company yesterday. They arrived in time, called in advance to let me know arrival time. A friendly and professional young man Mohammad cut my key and the key works perfectly with a much better fob. I am very happy with the service.

Attending engineer was really great, very polite and quick, the call centre were a bit pushy yesterday- I couldn’t take the call first time, but she just kept hitting the redial - 5 times in total!! Why not just wait 20/39 mins and try again?

I’ve reviewed our call system records and currently see a log of two calls linked to your number: one outbound call at 10:50 where a voicemail was left, and an incoming call at 12:22. However, I’m concerned by your feedback that there may be a discrepancy in our data.

Great service
Locksmith rang me an hour before he arrived, I was provided with a tracking link for his van which was super accurate, he got on with his job whilst I got on with mine and gave me the option to test out the key before he left.

i broke 2 key fobs while changing batteries
i managed to break not just one but all two of my key fobs while replacing the batteries on them. and then to make things worse, i manually opened my car, put my car keys down, then pressed the “lock all doors” button on the driver door and shut the car door.
and THEN i looked for my keys and realised they were inside the car.
We’ve Got The Key managed to get an auto locksmith to my location in under an hour, and he picked the manual lock of my car within minutes of arriving, reuniting me with my still broken keys (the electronic key detection no longer worked on them).
i rang Coplus after the weekend and told
them what had happened. they filed 2 claims
for me. one claim covered the 2 damaged key fobs, and the other gave me £100 towards the cost of the auto locksmith who got my car door open - the fee had been £162.
Coplus approved both claims and paid me £100 and We’ve Got The Key got in touch with me a scheduled a date to cut and program 2 new car keys.
Lee from We’ve Got The Key turned up today within the time window they said, and cut 2 new blades and programmed 2 new fobs!
I’m super happy with the service. the keys are perfect, and Lee was very professional and polite and one would expect!

Excellent service from Coplus. After trapping my car key in the front door and breaking it Coplus arranged for a locksmith to come out and replace it, from start to finish was a little over 24 hours! Really grateful for everything they’ve done.
