Absolutely shocking company to deal…
Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I purchased a hutch from them however soon realised this was too small. Called to cancel prior to delivery and was told simply refuse delivery, it’ll make its way back to them and I’ll get a refund. Great so ordered a larger hutch only to end up purchasing 2 rabbits instead of the one that was planned. So called again to cancel the second order and was given the same advice. Fast forward 3 weeks and after several attempts to chaise still no refund for either hutches, totalling over £550. Spoke to CS again today and they have issued 1x refund minus 25% which they call a restocking fee! This is in their t&cs but you would never expect to loose 25% of your money if you choose to return an item that’s never been used. To make matters worse they will be keeping a further 25% when they eventually decide to refund my second return and at no point was I informed of this when they told me “just refuse the delivery” Absolutely shocking company and will be making sure I tell everyone just how awful they are.

When placing both orders, the terms and conditions were presented during checkout and the box confirming that they had been read, understood and accepted was ticked before the orders could be completed. These terms include the applicable returns and restocking charges.

The coop has multiple gaps, the wood has came broken. All around not a great hutch. Dont waste the money on this brand it is not good at all. The coops are absolutely tiny. Paying £300 for nothing

I ordered a sunshine coop 4/6 birds and walk in frame
The coop was a bit smaller than I had imagined but fine for 4 birds. The delivery was quick and came exactly when stated . There was damage to the roof panel of the coop from the transport. The team couldn't have been more efficient and helpful . The new part was dispatched within an hour . The customer services throughout were exceptionally good . I would use the company again

My wife ordered the XL Cottage chicken…
My wife ordered the XL Cottage chicken coop and to might absolute astonishment, assembly was just as it described in the instructions...something which has never happened to me before. The usual process involves my wife asking my why i can't just 'put something together', I remind her that i'm an academic not a builder, and we begin divorce proceedings. We built this without matrimonial incident in about an hour. Both the build quality and design is excellent and represents genuine value for money.

Comically small chicken run
Comically small chicken run, claims of number of chickens it can hold are a little bit silly. Should have checked the measurements, but photos do not give a good sense of size. Not good value for money, quite flimsy and will probably not last more than a couple of winters.

Good quality but need to change packaging
I've had a chicken coop for a few years and recently bought a large rabbit hutch as I have been pleased with the quality of the coop. The hutch is much sturdier than similar hutches from pet shops and I feel it will last longer than they did, especially with the cover. My only issue with the coop is after 2 or 3 years of use the door stopped being able to shut due to the wood swelling or something. It possibly just needs realigned but we don't shut the door so it isn't an issue to use but it may be a bother for some people. And my only issue with the hutch was the packaging. Unfortunately it came with polystyrene sheets that my kids got a hold of and made a huge mess of tiny balls everywhere. This also happens when it goes to landfill and pollutes the environment with millions of tiny plastic balls that animals end up eating and dieing because of. I know they'll say it's necessary to keep the product safe during delivery but I'm sure there are much better alternatives as I never get polystyrene in deliveries anymore as so many companies have stopped using it due to it's environmental impact.

Thumper natural xl hutch and run…
I'm only giving it a 2 as it was quick delivery. The hutch is cheaply made and extremely flimsy. The wood of the run was all cracked and needed glueing. For £300 I could have had one made. I wish I'd thought of that before!!!! Buyer beware. I do not recommend this company.

Would not recommend.
I spent a considerable amount of money on this chicken coop, expecting a product of a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality.
The wood used is extremely thin and lightweight, making the coop feel fragile and poorly constructed. I have serious concerns about its durability and whether it would withstand determined predators such as rats. The entire structure feels flimsy and lacks the robustness I would expect for housing chickens safely.
Assembly was also frustrating. The instructions were unclear in places, making the build far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been.
Once assembled, I found the coop awkward to clean, which is a significant drawback for something that requires regular maintenance.
Given the price, I expected a sturdy, well-designed coop. Sadly, this product did not meet my expectations, and I would not purchase from this company again.

Sturdy structure that is relatively easy to construct. Affordable and what I would consider good value for money paid.
The door latch could be improved, I don't feel is matches the quality to the rest of the product. Given the size of 4mx3m I feel the structure would benefit from four arches to help support the wire mesh over the roof section to help prevent sagging during snowy periods.

Poor quality metal run
Delivery was fast (though not on the day specified), and the hutch looks good.
However, the metal run was very difficult to put together, doesn't look good as the chicken wire hang down between frame sections and in less than a month, all of the corners had cracked/joints popped so it's not going to hold together for long! Disappointing.

The products I received felt incredibly…
The products I received felt incredibly poor in quality and completely misrepresented. The XL rabbit hutch was a disappointment; the wood was so soft it seemed almost like balsa, and the MDF sections were flimsy and unstable. It sways from side to side and feels unsafe for use. The "2x3m walk-in cage with fox-proof upgrade" was sent with basic chicken wire, not fox-proof mesh as advertised. When I raised the issue, I was told the upgrade wasn’t even available for that model. Additionally, poorly packaged tubes made assembly a frustrating ordeal. Overall, a waste of £400. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
