I made a complain (provided with pictures) and we never get response. Truck owner gave us half loaded truck (we realized when we arrive to warehouse) and we couldn't load and bring our goods to warehouse because of truck owner mistake. We asked refund but also no reply. It was terrible experience for us.

This company is very unprofessional they seem to make more money then the people who post their vehicles on the platform. This is complete highway robbery. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times to get my deposit back when I get an email from them. They’re asking for me to write a review instead of answering the question about my deposit I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value money, I’m not going to lie it is a good gimmick for them but it is an absolute loss if you are running a business I’m still waiting on my deposit I would have never heard from them had I not called. Dont waste your time, you will only lose out!

I have not received an answer to this question? I do like the ease of the pick up and deliveries. Also very slow to pay out, once a vehicle has been returned.

I keep being billed for liability insurance, your requirement says to have the Hired Auto Endorsement, which is normally added to be able to rent equipment or hire owner operators during times of need, but then the my policy gets rejected because it does not have an Any Auto endorsement, which is clearly an Oxymoron. Any Auto coverage refers mostly to the borrowing of vehicles, say from my employee or friend, or if I send my employee on an errand in their personal vehicle, and they get involved in an accident, this covers us in the event there is no financial charge for the use of the vehicle. If there is a fee associated with the use of the vehicle, then it becomes a Hired Auto. But your policy requirements are both ambiguous & contracditory. Furthermore, you are requiring the client to carry an endorsement on their insurance policy, that not even your vendor service provider has on their vehicles. As an example this particular vendor only has a Hired Auto endorsement on their policy, and it's a scheduled vehicle policy, which does not contain the Any Auto endorsement. I hate being nickel & dimed. If there is something besides trucking, it's insurance, I was an insurance adjustor for many years, and have seen what happens to people when they don't have the correct coverage on their insurance policy.

far better experience than I thought it would be. I'm just more concern with the maintenance on the vehicle at my expense if the truck breaks. Overall I would recommend Coop.
The payout was quick and the response & communicate is professional for it to be my first trip I was pleased.

STAY AWAY FROM COOP BY RYDER UNLESS YOU WANT ZERO CUSTOMER LOYALTY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT THAT USES PROFANITY TOWARD CLIENTS THAT HAVE SPENT OVER $100k ON THEIR PLATFORM AND NON-STOP EXCUSES/ZERO ACCESSIBILITY!
I’ve been in the trucking industry for over a decade and never have experienced such an awful experience with a rental company before. Coop by Ryder, wrote a 100% false and defamatory review on freightguard carrier 411. Instead of immediately removing the false review that one of their inferior employees wrote their response or lake there it was no better.
Coop by Ryder, claimed that the truck and trailer I rented for my company was stolen and that the driver was “operating a stolen” truck and threatened to confiscate and sell the freight that was on the truck. All of our contracts we current.
So, how did Coop resolve this ridiculous inferior employee error? First, they edited the review. That’s right! Instead of immediately removing their completely false and defamatory review they edit.
After sometime passed the review was removed. Coop by Ryder response was “As a standard process, after we communicated that the owner of the vehicle requested it to be returned immediately and the GPS tracking of the vehicle indicated that it was still not in transit to its return location, a freight guard was placed to ensure its safe return to the owner.” Unbelievable response but then again it’s COOP by Ryder we’re talking about, the ABSOLUTE WORSE EQUIPMENT MIDDLEMAN RENTAL COMPANY IN THE WORLD! It’s a shame they even are associated with Ryder.
The owner of the truck never wanted his equipment back from us, CO-OP did! In fact, not going to say too much, but we still have a great business relationship with the owner and don’t even need COOP ;)
Unprofessional and unethical middlemen like COOP aren’t necessary. All they do is ruin business relationships between truck owners and truck renters. There are several other actual equipment rental companies around that own their equipment, are professional and MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE. I only planned on using their platform temporarily anyways.
How does COOP resolve the issue? By blocking all communication from my company. All 6 business lines were blocked by Coop by Ryder.
Needless to say, DO NOT EVER RENT ANY TYPE OF EQUIPMENT FROM COOP by Ryder unless you want nothing but tremendous headaches.
Coop by Ryder, also blocked my company from their platform which is ridiculous. Again, no client loyalty! We apparently broke the terms of the agreement but we have black and white proof that we did not. Coop is just so incompetent that they don’t understand all the paperwork. Truck and trailer can travel out of state and the truck and trailer registrations list all the areas the truck and trailer can travel.
All statements made are 100% factual! We have documented proof (audio & black and white paperwork).
Also almost forgot this response from regarding a truck breakdown due to a wiring issue… “The issue was determined to be due to extremely low oil levels which could have been prevented with proper pre-trip inspections. Due to this, the breakdown was determined to be a renter responsibility.” First of all, low engine oil just means it needs to be topped off. It does not cause wires to get loose (the reason for the truck breakdown) and derate the engine. I also own a large automotive sales company in the Midwest. You cannot tell me bs like this. If fact, I could have personally repaired the truck issue if I had the proper equipment. Coop by Ryder is so full of it!
The truck was scheduled for an oil change and there was three quarts of oil in the front seat.
Message to Coop by Ryder: Take accountability for all of your employee actions! Value your loyal clients that are overpaying for your service! Train management to not use profanity to clients, especially clients that have spent over $100k+ on your platform! Do not block communication with upset high paying clients but instead use effective communication to resolve the situation. The client is never right with Coop by Ryder. Please stop all the ridiculous excuses and unethical business practices. Focus on not having your trucks stolen from clients which isn’t difficult to do since basically anyone (expect for my company) can rent on your platform. My biggest mistake was calling Coop for help thinking they would help instead of contacting the dealership that would have taken care of everything free of charge.
