We were very surprised, after checking other companies for price , Co-op came out tops so we took the silver , we had got medical issues and the price was good for us, 12 months for europe for 2 of us , well done co-op

Very well spoken Lady , no background noise, was quick and new what she was doing, the ladies name was Adelaide and it was a pleasure speaking to her.

Was looking for single trip travel insurance. I found co op insurance was a good policy at a great price. Took minutes to book as was so easy. Very happy with my experience

The agent dealing with my enquiry was courteous,friendly and efficient.

Very easy to use app, With 3 different policies available Gold, Silver and bronze which made it easy to choose for my required circumstances.
Very reasonable pricing too, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I entered when applying for my policy to be posted to me rather than to be sent by email. It would have been appreciated if the policy confirmed also that the policy would be sent by post. Many thanks Mrs Marina Farrow.

Found doing the quote online was easy and quick . Would use the coop again for travel insurance.

Confusing took halfan hour to get to the right dept.
Quote was approx £535. Going up from £235 approx last year (4000) miles a year
No claims since last year ! absolutely disgraceful arogant female. Had to tell her to get off my phone. She did offer me over £100 discount ?????????? OMG !!!

She wondered why I was frustrated
My advice. DONT DO IT.....get a bike !!

I think you have requested more information, so I will clarify the reasons why I was so frustrated with the attempt to contact you .
I tried to contact you by phone, and I used the phone number given to me online.
I then. after being cut off, got through to, what sounded like a ladies voice which was a recording.
I was told that I had the wrong number, and the recording told me they would put me through.
Again I was told I would be put through, the call had to be redirected.
SO The reason for my call was to ask, politely, if there could be a reason why the quote for next
years car insurance was over twice the price of this year.
i honestly thought it was a mistake or printing error !
The person came over as abrupt, and she never once apologised for the problems I had connecting
with you.
She was indifferent to the fact that you quoted me
£535, and this year was £253 ????
That was the whole point of the call !
She was indifferent to the reason I had called.
Her attitude was "Oh dear, what a shame, never mind "
She came over as disinterested. She did however say that I was shouting . I wasnt.
She then said she could look for a better price.
And kept talking over me. When she said she could knock a £100 that showed me that your prices are an insult and a joke.
There was no attempt to explain the new quote.
Again she couldnt have cared less.
I told her ide had enough.
That goes for any contact with yourselves, and the Coop in general. I hope this clarifies the situation.
The call start to finish was approximately 40 minutes and it should have been a" yes or no " reply.
I already had 6 quotes and none of them over £270

Contacted Co-op Insurance to discuss yearly home insurance policy, on speaking to agent and discussing changes that had happened since our last renewal the price went down, owing to the knowledge and professionalism of the agent we discussed further options that where available that have now been included and the new renewal price came in £32.00 cheaper, I was really surprised and had no hesitation in renewing for another year, great product and staff

I got the coop insurance for my holiday to Greece for a week.
It was easy and efficient to arrange and was instant the price was right as well, I'll definitely check it out next time I need it too

I had a really helpful call with a customer service person but he informed me they couldn't offer me a better price on the package I had despite no claims, no pre existing conditions and my dog only being 2. So I took out a new policy with them for the same package and saved myself £12.50 per month. Seems a bit mad that they can't offer better customer prices themselves. So the product is good but continued customer service is poor I'd say.

Easy on line form… even for me..🤣 medical question straight forward … happy with quote …
Of course you never want to claim and you can only really know how good they are when a claim is needed .. but I feel confident after filling form on line and then speaking them to confirm I had done everything correct.. lovely and informative staff… and all ailments covered.. Thank you..
